This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living area has a queen size sofa bed. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs in the loft there is a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Christmas at Ober Mountain

This property was the ideal location for visiting downtown Gatlingburg and Ober Mountain. The facility has 4 floors of units but there are elevators in the parking garage and carts to transport the luggage to and from the condo. The property manager was helpful, friendly, and informative.The unit fit the description and fit the number of people in my group. There were clean towels and bar soap in each bathroom upon arrival. The kitchen was clean and there were dinner sets, a pot, skillet and utensils to use. There was a coffee pot and microwave that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Also the bathroom floor boards were concerningly dirty which created a lack of confidence in the overall cleanliness. The top comforters had a stale unpleasant odor too. Overall we had a good stay because it allowed our family of 7 to stay in one condo and we had quick and easy access to the tram to Ober Mountain and downtown.

Perfect for hiking groups

This condo is located conveniently on the park end of Gatlinburg which makes it perfect for hiking groups. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. The condo needs a good makeover and updates but we would still stay here again. All the vent covers need a good cleaning as do the baseboards. The upstairs bathroom needs a light above the mirror to be able to see good. We enjoyed sitting outside on the roomy balcony overlooking the river. There was a leak under the sink in the guest bathroom but was taken care of quickly with a phone call to the front desk.

Great!

The condo is in a great location. The local scenery is beautiful. We will be staying here again for future large family vacations. It was roomy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor issues, like the downstairs toilet being very loose, the upstairs closet smelling heavily of cat urine and one of the burners of the stove not working consistently. Other than that, I just wish there was more seating since it's a high occupancy unit. We had to take turns eating at the dining table since it couldn't hold all of us. We also weren't able to all sit in the living room together due to the lack of seating.

Nice condo

The overall stay was great, easy check in and check out. The condo was clean had alot of space. Only issue we had was the loft bedroom and bathroom lights were very dim. Would stay there again.

Great location

This property was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. A few things need to be maintained (loose light fixture, noisy bathroom vents), and a few things are dated (washing machine and dish washer), but everything functioned and we were quite comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to both Gatlinburg (walked to restaurants and shops) and the National Park (we did the hike to the Visitors Center). The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and check in was simple.

It was a great stay with a great location. The Hot Tub needs to be open year around. The unit was short silverware which meant we had to wash after each meal. We booked it for eight but the web site said it sleeps 12, so I would have expected 12 pieces of each kind of silverware.

Worked very well for us

Exactly what we needed. Very nice, comfortable, clean, and within walking distance of main strip. Only issue was late check in and not.habing a code to get in the lock box to get key. Thankfully another renter was there with a code

Great but not for 8

This place was a great. Neat and clean but kitchen did not have enough silverware/place setting for 8 of us, much less 12 as advertised. Location was great but communication on check in process was severely lacking. Other than check in, communication was excellent!

What to expect

Very inexpensive, perfect for a short trip. Close to downtown walking distance to everything even with young ones walking (great not having to drive in traffic or pay for parking.)There were a few issues with the room itself. Shower heads did not work very well, one bedroom had a big dent in the drywall in the closet, folding doors in the same closet came off the rails, and the mattresses were very warm and you rolled to the center of the bed. But for the price, location to downtown, and how many people slept there comfortably you can’t beat it. 5 adults and 5 kids. It’s nothing too fancy but for a very quick weekend getaway we’re you don’t spend much time in the room anyway it was perfect.
