By booking this listing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

● Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book.

● Maximum occupancy is 10 persons.

● Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

● Pets are NOT allowed. Bringing in a pet of any kind will result in an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave.

● Please be advised that a $300 security hold will be placed on your account 5 days prior to check-in and will be released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no damages upon check-out.

● NO fireworks, parties, or loud music permitted at any time. Please be respectful of nearby neighbors.

● NO Smoking of any substance is a permitted inside Mountain Rendezvous. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

● A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Additional supplies may need to be purchased.

● The hot tub is for guests 18 and over. Guests under 18 may only use hot tub under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use. Use the hot tub At Your Own Risk.

● Check-in begins at 4pm on the date of your reservation and will end at 10am on your check-out date. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability, and we will inform you know if the cabin is ready prior to 4pm.

● Please note that aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided. Kindly plan accordingly

● Bear sightings are possible due to the cabin's proximity to their natural habitat. For your safety, DO NOT approach bears. Our guidebook offers valuable tips on vacationing near our black bears.

● Due to the mountainous location, cell service may be spotty.

● The journey to the cabin may involve some winding roads.

● For winter stays, we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads may be snowy or icy.

● Being nestled in the mountains/ forest, you may see bugs or critters. We diligently maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but keeping the doors closed and food stored properly will help prevent unwanted visitors.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive an electronic house manual prior that contains all the essential information you need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mountain Rendezvous.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The cabin was perfect for our family of 5! The view is amazing and the 3 teenagers loved the hot tub, pool table, pinball and video games provided. There were a few essential kitchen items missing and they were quickly delivered to us same day by management . I would highly recommend this cabin.
