Top Floor - Beautiful and charming remolded condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

Great location. Downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance from this condo. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Indoor heated pool was a plus. Pool was very clean enjoyable. Great communication with host. We will stay here again without hesitation!

Yes, the condo was awesome. We couldn't figure out how to pull out the sofa bed, but the King sized bed was big enough for us to share. Thank you so much. It was cold, but there is not much the owner could do about that. :) It was 30 degrees at times. Perfect location to the strip!

EXCELLENT Location!! We were looking for somewhere within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Strip. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for during our stay. We will definitely stay again. The Parking is added plus! Covered Parking available.

Great location

The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us.

Excellent Location!

This is a perfect location if you’re spending time in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the Convention Center! Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. It was nicely updated. The listing pictures are a little deceiving, as it’s much smaller than it looks. They’ve done their best to add many mirrors and lots of lighting to help it seem bigger. Although smaller furniture would also help. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we went to use the toaster oven, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned, or even dusted off for quite some time. The kitchen is extremely compact, so I would plan to eat out for meals.
