True to its name, Panoramic Pack Square provides an unobstructed 120-degree view of downtown's iconic Pack Square Park and sweeping views of the mountains featuring the historic Grove Park Inn to the north and Biltmore Estate grounds to the south. Whether you're staying for a week or an entire season, this inviting east facing, one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.
As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with an entrance hallway with access to the fully stocked bathroom to your right, which leads to the bedroom. On the left, nestled behind a door, is the stacked washer and dryer and an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. Continuing down the hallway, you will find an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. This kitchen is a fully stocked chef's kitchen, perfect for entertaining with all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we've stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table seats four and is cozy and versatile, providing ample space to enjoy your meals and work remotely. Additionally, Panoramic Pack Square also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room features a sleeper sofa for two as well as two barrel-chairs, creating a cozy and comfortable sanctuary perfect for watching the sunrise over the mountains with your favorite morning beverage in hand. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi so you can stream your favorite binge worthy shows, as well as a Bluetooth speaker to play your music of choice. The sliding glass window in the living room opens, allowing for fresh air and an unbeatable view of the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville - the best way to wake up in the morning and wind down in the evening.
Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, an extra chair and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night's sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.
The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom and connects to the entrance hallway, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy.
Panoramic Pack Square is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville's award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.

Access After you book your stay in Panoramic Pack Square, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.
Parking When you book your stay at Panoramic Pack Square, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $32 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.
Building Amenities Included in your stay at Panoramic Pack Square is access to the building's gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

We had a wonderful stay Thanksgiving week, in the Panoramic pack square condo unit. We had excellent host communication, everything was organized for a flawless check in/check out, the unit was meticulously clean and very well kept, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, if you choose to cook in. You are within walking distance to everything downtown and more. This is the absolute perfect location to not have to get in your vehicle and drive around to find parking. We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay downtown Asheville, with panoramic views of the city and the mountains in the distance.

Wonderfully appointed!
Such a lovely property with a beautiful view. Conveniently located. Luxury appliances and bath products. Comfortable and well appointed. The property manager and cleaning staff as well as hotel and valet staff were kind and responsive. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Amazing spot! Wow!
We’ve stayed in this apartment a couple times now and it’s been a wonderful experience each time! It’s luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.
You’re in the heart of downtown and there is so much going on just outside the large sliding glass windows. The corner units in this building are the best and this unit overlooks the park downtown so you see nice green space rather than the rooftops of other buildings. And, while it’s technically a short term rental you have the benefit of Kimpton hotel amenities.
We sleep so well in the plush king size bed. We’ve enjoyed breakfast at the restaurants downstairs, (and free coffee!!) but there is also everything you need in the apartment for a quick breakfast “at home.” There is a Whole Food and a Trader Joe’s really close by so we stocked up on a few things for our stay. My husband had to work a little and the WiFi was great and really fast. We enjoyed many downtown restaurants and hit the drum circle in the park a few blocks behind the building one night.
So fun!!
We can’t wait to return!
