This property was in an ideal location and perfect for families. It sits on the mountain side directly behind the Alamo steakhouse in Gatlinburg. Ease of access to Gburg and Food City. It was a newer build with a wonderful layout for families. The property is laid out like an H. On the ground floor the open concept kitchen and living room area w/ fireplace and tv. To the left and right are two master king suits with walk in showers. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to the deck full length deck. Downstairs is perfect for kiddos or for parents with small children. Again you have the H shape with a living area and popcorn bar in the middle as well as a queen softer sleeper and three-stacked bunk beds. To the right and left are again master king suits with walk in showers. This level deck as the hot tub. There are videos games, board games and tv on this level to keep the kids occupied. There is no outside entrance at this level so the kids are safe downstairs on their own as well. There is no yard space. There were plenty of towels and pillows. I will note that the bedrooms did not have tvs- just the two tvs in the living spaces. Heather the host was kind and responsive. We live about an hour away from Gatlinburg and have come to the area on numerous occasions over the years. Often we are disappointed because of the location, state of disrepair or uncleanliness of the property, or the lack of communication with the host. This one checked all the boxes.
