Guest access
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will get a unique door code the day before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. You will have access to entire cabin except for 3 locked closets.
Other things to note
Connectivity: Staying connected won't be an issue here, as the cabin is equipped with high-speed Spectrum internet, ensuring you can share your incredible moments and stay updated with the world. All 5 TV's in this cabin are Smart TV's to connect your streaming Apps.

Ride Accessibility: Don’t worry about the headache of looking for parking in Downtown Gatlinburg! At the base of the mountain is a FREE Trolley service that will take you to and from Downtown Gatlinburg.

Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1 hour drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

Roads: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

Parking: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for 3-4 cars.

Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Occupancy: 10 Person Maximum, including children and infants.

Security Camera: There are security cameras on the front of the cabin in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wi-Fi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Hot Tub: Our tub will accommodate 5 people. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. You must supervise children under the age of 18 using the hot tub. Our housekeeper drains, cleans and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.

Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. If you fill the 3 bearproof trash containers during your stay, there is a trash drop-off convenience center at Ski Mountain Road & Heiden Rd.

Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers. Don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including in your car.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays.

We provide dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Complementary coffee, creamer and sugars are also provided however you many chose to bring extras. We also provide Shampoo, conditioner and body washing each of the full bathrooms.

Please note that food and drink on the kitchen island and drinks on the deck are for photo staging purposes only. If you would like Concierge services provided at an additional cost please let us know.
