* Bedroom #3 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with Full-over-Full bunk bed, closet & smart TV. Full bath is shared by the two upstairs bedrooms.
* Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Spacious bedroom with king bed and Smart TV.
* Bedroom #5 (Lower Level): Spacious bunk room with Full-over-Queen bunks. This room also includes arcade games.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated.
A short part of the final section of the drive is on a gravel road. 4WD is recommended during inclement winter weather. The parking space at the cabin is flat and paved.

* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st.

** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway area.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
