Spend your holidays here at Great Smoky Mountains of eastern Tennessee enchanting seasons that has an allure for vacation homes with sweeping views of the mountainside.

Approximately 600 square feet, this spacious One- Bedroom Townhome features 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa comfortable for children including a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove/Range, Washer/Dryer and Wheelchair Accessible.

Resort Amenities: BBQ Grills, Clubhouse, Concierge, Elevator, Fitness Room, Game Room, Hot Tub, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Sauna/Steam Room and Vacation Planning.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Mountain Loft is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 47 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Mountain Loft, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Cigarette smoking is not allowed within the premises whether it is inside the establishment or on the property grounds. Anyone caught smoking within the boundaries of the fence will be fined $300. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes.

This isn’t our first stay, but it was our best. We have always had a wonderful experience, but since Hilton has taken over the property I believe they have stepped up on the maintenance. Super clean, comfortable, great staff, would definitely recommend. And if you want to see bears in the fall your chances are high!

Volleyball Getaway

We stay here every year for our daughter’s volleyball tournament that is held right down the road at Rocky Top Sports. We love the indoor/outdoor pool and the mini golf! We also enjoyed gathering as a team to create bonding while swimming and playing shuffleboard along with the other indoor games. On Tuesday we enjoyed a show put on by Parrot Mountain which showcased their birds. The staff was very attentive. If we needed anything we just had to text them and they responded very quickly. We highly recommend this place.

Overall the place was very clean and perfect for two people to unwind after a long day. The concierge when picking up our parking ticket was a little pushy about us us attending a timeshare presentation. We had to say no thanks about 5 times. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Simple and relaxing

My family and I had a great time at this townhome. It had everything we needed although it was simple and sweet. The walls were fairly thin and you could hear the people in the other half of the duplex was the only negative. Overall we had a good time!

Townhouse near Great Smoky Mountains

We enjoyed this getaway near the Great Smoky Mountains. The townhouse had what we needed for our stay. We liked that it was away from the very touristy part of Gatlinburg. The development was up a very steep hill and had mini golf, health club and pools. The front desk girl was helpful with restaurant suggestions but I didn’t appreciate being sent to another line for a parking pass which was really a chance to pitch us a timeshare. For the location to the national park, the price and the amenities I would recommend this vrbo.

Clean and cozy townhouse

I requested to stay in a townhouse rather than a villa. Even though I wasn’t guaranteed this property, we received it. It was slightly dated and small, but it served the three of us well. It was very close to Rocky Top Sports Complex which was the main reason we stayed here. We enjoyed all the amenities such as mini golf, corn hole, shuffle board, oversized checkers, and the pools. We would recommend this place to anyone who loves to stay busy with activities.

What we paid for is not what we got

Paid for a 1107 sqft, one bedroom, king bed got a 500 sqft, one bedroom “queen” bed. When the confirmation came to through for the 500sqft I immediately call the management company who told me they fixed it, I then sent a communications of which they confirmed it was corrected. Upon showing up at the resort, I found they did not even have a townhouse the met those specifications and even shared the confirmation and posting from VRBO. While the townhouse was nic, it was much small than what had paid for. When I request a refund for the difference between the 500sqft (which we actively did not choose) and the 1107sqft. I was told they could not refund the difference. For this being the first time that I have VRBO, I probably won’t use it in the future or I will be calling the resort directly when looking for the confirmation

Great amenities and Dead mouse

Property seemed clean but there was a dead mouse in a trap. Maintenance did come to remove the mouse but chalet was not cleaned again and we had to clean up mouse poop. I did contact host and was told to talk to property management. Resort was great with fun amenities for families.
