Things to know
• The drive up to the cabin is on a very steep and narrow road. Please be cautious when driving to and from the home, especially at night.
House rules
• Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken, please let us know! We will repair it after your stay.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, as well as loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facility is the sole risk for the guest and their guests.
• We have stocked the space with essential items, however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. Please note that we DO NOT PROVIDE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER.
• Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Quiet time is after 9pm
• Smoking is NOT allowed and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted on the property.
• All guests must be 25, except children accompanied by their parents.
• Only the amount of guests confirmed at the time of booking are permitted to stay. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25 per person per night.
• Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and any other person or animal, the homeowners are not liable. PLEASE DO NOT BRING A PET.
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin, including linens, and living & kitchen furnishings, is NOT PERMITTED, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
• Only use appliances for their intended uses.
• Should any damage occur, please notify the owner immediately. Any damage to any items at the property, including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure.
