Great location, very spacious and we loved having the game room. The overall upkeep of the property was lacking with wear and tear such as loose boards on the deck and broken dining room chairs. The WiFi did not work even after someone came out to try and fix it but not surprising due to location. We had a great time but would not come back based on cost to quality ratio

Place needs some work

We had three kids cut there foot on nails sticking up out of the porch plus one person had their foot fall through the deck and scratched up his leg. The pool room has mold growing in it. Its a nice place but needs alot of repairs. For as much as the place cost it shouldnt be in that much disrepair

Peak challenge volleyball

This large cabin was perfect for our volleyball tournament stay. The kids were entertained by thev ndoor pool, hot tub and games available. The adults enjoyed it too. We had the prettiest sunrises and sunsets. The drive is steep with a sharp turn but isnt too bad if you are a good driver. We would definitely come back there.

Spacious Cabin with Beautiful Views

We had 20 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very attentive to any issues we addressed and were a pleasure to work with. You are almost guaranteed to see bears where this cabin is located. We had visitors every day. In fact, we decided not to utilize the charcoal grill because it is in the direct path of where the bears come through between the hill and the cabin to visit the trash. We would suggest that the host provide a propane grill on the back deck for future guests planning to grill. The driveway is very steep. We managed to park 6 vehicles (full size van, truck, van, SUV and 2 cars). It was like playing Jenga only with cars, but we made it work. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family and would choose this cabin again. Thank you Aunt Bugs.

Great Space but needs some maintenance

The house provided great space for our family of 18. Game room area was nice to have and bedrooms are huge. The house is in need of some basic maintenance. Pool water was cool (power was out a good bit of one day due to weather which didn't help). Management company sent maintenance out to address pool water our last day. Hot tub is aged and many of the jets don't work. Several spindles missing on top deck causing safety issue.

Great Family Getaway

The house was large and comfy. We had 14 adults and 3 small kids and never felt crowded. Plenty of places to hang out and gather or still find space to take a break from everyone. We did not use the pool or hot tub as we stayed busy in town or playing games and visiting with each other at the house. The driveway was tricky but we managed it with large vehicles. The kitchen is small and not equipped to cook for large crowds so we ordered plenty of pizza and ate out most meals. We all have Apple devices and none of us was able to connect to wireless. The IS folks came out and really told us we were out of luck so they were unable to connect us. We also had issues with a couple of tvs not working which made it hard for those with toddlers. The adults were ok with that. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property to others.

Thumbs Up!

We loved Aunt Bug’s place! The scenery was amazing! The house was spacious and the furnishings were beautiful! Every bedroom had its own bathroom! The video games were to die for! The private pool, hot tub, Ms. PAC-Man and Donkey Kong tournaments kept us up all night! The only complaint I had was the Wi-Fi was lacking for Apple Users. But there is a sign up in the home alerting you to that so I was prepared. We would totally rent this place again!

Maintenance needed on nice cabin

The cabin was a nice property however it us aging and with the hot temperatures outside the upstairs are with 4 bedrooms and game room stayed 78-80 degrees from after lunch until around 3 am making it very miserable to enjoy or sleep. After 2 nd night an air condition company was sent out and they did several things to clean and add Freon but this still did not fix the issue. Also was unable to get Wi-Fi fixed for the entire stay😞. To say the least we were cheated with paying more than $1500 per night with fees and not being able to enjoy the space.

So much potential

First, the bad: Most hot tub jets not functioning, indoor pool water cold when arrived, call was made to have heat turned up, it was turned up too high to make pool unusable (hot tub felt cooler!) then readjusted towards the end of the week and was perfect temp the day we left, wifi didn't work, theater room had satellite cable box that didn't work, bedroom above pool had extremely strong chlorine odor and was much hotter than rest of house, no closets in most bedrooms, syrup on kitchen table and nightstand in upstairs bedroom that I had to clean up upon arrival, rusty nails sticking out outside of bottom of 2nd floor front-facing window, nails sticking up out of multiple places of deck, clogged HVAC air filters that I had to change when we arrived with spares that were fortunately left in house, could use additional lighting over pool table and dining room/kitchen tables, most bedrooms are missing drapes and curtain rods but did have blinds, there is no safety rail installed by steps leading into the pool. Now, the good: Beautiful and spacious interior, plenty of parking space, nice to have arcade games & pool table upstairs, ample amount of chairs on deck to hang out and enjoy the front views. Aunt Bug's employees were very nice and responsive when I called them on multiple occasions to the issues we were having and they tried to take care of the problems the best they could. For what we paid for the house, the issues that we had to deal with were unacceptable!

Close, but not perfect

Check in is a pain. Garbage bins were inadequite. We had bears (yes, saw them) get into the trash twice. They could very much use a smoker's can outside the house. When we arrived, there was much garbage and butts surrounding the house. Possitive notes, customer service was very good. The hot tub was not working when we arrived and we called them, and when we needed garbage picked up, every phone call was answered and problems were resolved very quickly. Overall, I would rent from Aunt Bug's in the future because of the customer service.

Great Family Home

All except one bedroom has it's own bathroom. It is large and spacious. No real outdoor area. Wi-Fi for apple products never worked even after daily notices to rental company, and the solution they provided did not work. Some bedrooms are missing drapes and half of the rods, but did have blinds for privacy. Plenty of towels. The view pic is not accurate as there is another home in full view right there. Kitchen was adequate as was seating to eat together. There was enough to do for the kids and adults to have a great time with the pool, pool table, etc. We did bring our own board games as there are none in the home. All in all, it was a perfect place for our family to get together and enjoy each other.

Property actually matched the pics. Clean, spacious. More pans, dishes, T.P., toiletries than excected. We were all very pleased. Could use additional lghting over pool table and diningroom/kitchen tables

Overall house was not good but really lacked in maintenance and some things were not right

Only 1/2 the TV’s worked in house. Pool stated it was heated and it was not, we called and wasn’t fixed. Movie theater room had no sound for us to watch movies in there (very disappointing) tv technician showed up night before we left and fixed it and we were very disappointed!! Not enough towels and had to call for more and was brought 3 towels ? Hot tub smelled like sewer after a couple days! Garbage was 1/2 full outside when we arrived and had to call again to see if could be picked up half through our stay because it was full and we had to put on ground. Was only left 1 garbage extra and had to call for those to be brought to house. No dish towels or wash clothes. Not much toilet paper we had to go buy our own because we ran out. Nails were sticking up out of deck outside. Metal plate in pool area cut 2 different kids toes this should have had a railing into pool installed in that plate and it was missing. Overall our experience was not good! We paid a lot of money and should not have to worry about a thing or make a phone call about anything!! All three families that stayed in this house feel there should be some sort of refund!!

Family favorite

We had eight people. Each enjoyed their own bed and bath.we had one bedroom empty. The empty one was the one without its own bath. Perfect for our family. Of course the cabin would sleep a lot more.

Needs additional supplies

We loved the cabin, pool and the view was amazing! What we didn’t like was the limited trash bins for a cabin this large and the owner needs to supply or restock the silverware and pots and pans. For a 6 bedroom cabin it needs more than 8 forks. We had to eat in increments instead as a family until we purchased plastic.
