This is a 4 bedroom/5-bathroom ELITE LUXURY PLUS CUSTOM log cabin in a PRIME GATLINBURG LOCATION located minutes from Smoky Mountain National Park, the Parkway, Downtown Gatlinburg, Downtown Pigeon Forge, the Arts and Craft Loop, and Dollywood. It has it all: INDOOR HEATED POOL, HOT TUB on the deck, THEATER ROOM with stadium style recliners, GAME ROOM (pool table, theater popcorn machine, and arcade games), THREE FIREPLACES, and even a fishing pond down the street. Bring the whole family as this cabin sleeps 12 comfortably (14 with the couch in the theater room). ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN BATHROOM. Whether you're hanging outside by the fire, locked in a heated game of cornhole, or having a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, the outdoor spaces cater to every mood and moment.
Guest access
Guests of this stunning cabin have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors.

SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.

TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Our pools and hot tubs are maintained by a trusted third-party company who service both before every check in.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER
Please note, because our pool is indoors, there are regulations to the temperature of the pool due to condensation. Please set your expectations accordingly for a cooler swim experience indoors.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 100% refundable security deposit hold in the amount of $500 is required. It is a credit card hold, not a charge, and it will be automatically released within 3 days from departure.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
A Rental Agreement will be sent once you book from KT-Escapes as well as all correspondence.
