Welcome to Smoky Mountain Views, where the name is what you get. All 3 decks face Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains. Newly renovated with upgraded beds, mattresses, TVs, and other furnishings. New appliances in the kitchen and granite counters! Easy access within the Gatlinburg Falls Resort, only 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, with no steep or winding roads. Enjoy a fantastic game room with Street Fighter II, Mario Kart, Multicade, Golden Tee, and more!
All games, the jukebox, and the stackable washer and dryer are free to use; no quarters required!

Rockers on the main level and lower level with a Porch Swing on the 3rd level & Hot Tub; all of which feature fantastic mountain views. Our summer guests also have access to the resort swimming pool, located near the entrance at the foot of the mountain.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch (sleeper sofa), loveseat, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, turn on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with ample extra counter space and bar seating for 6, making preparing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 16 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large table with chairs and benches for up to 10. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 6, and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Game Room
It’s playtime! Downstairs, start a pool tournament with your friends, tee up for a golf tournament on the Golden Tee, or dance the night away to free tunes on the Jukebox. Play the Mario Kart Racing Simulator or take a step back in time on the Multi-Cade with your favorites like Pac-Man and Galaga. How are your Air Hockey skills? There's also a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.

Theater Room
Here, you’ll also find the theater seating for 15 with a large flat screen TV, great for a little relaxation time after the kiddos drift to sleep or keep them occupied with their favorite cartoons while you do some relaxing yourself.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed each day. There are plenty of cozy options across 5 bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom. Choose from 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 2 queen pullout sofas, and 1 twin bunk bed. There are also 5 full bathrooms, so everyone can get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without any hassle.

The house was great for our large group (3 families with adults and kids). There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as common space to share. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The game room and theater were so much fun! We all shared times playing pool, listening to music, and even had a movie night with the whole group. The location of the house is also perfect- everything in Gatlinburg is nearby and Pigeon Forge is only 20-30 minutes up the road. The only negative aspects are that the house could use a little TLC- the upstairs king shower and bathroom need new faucets, the toilet in the main floor bathroom is a little wobbly, one of the couches sinks in the middle, the kitchen seems to be missing some cooking supplies (no oven mitts, aged pans, etc). Although the kitchen did have plenty of plates, utensils, and cups for eating meals. Overall, none of the negatives impacted our stay too much. We would likely book this house again.

Trash dumping was out of service the whole stay and finally had to leave on the porch. House was good except that only one of the three electric fireplaces worked. Washer and dryer where under sized for the size of the house had 15 people, but luckily we managed since clothes didn’t get soiled

Disappointing Experience Despite a Decent Cabin – Proceed with CautionThe cabin at 823 Great Smokey Way was fine, but Bear Tracts Vacation Rentals was the worst rental experience I’ve had in decades of visiting Gatlinburg.Booking required submitting both sides of my credit card and license—excessive, invasive, and brushed off when I raised concerns. Payment was mishandled, with my final charge run twice. Instead of owning the mistake, they told me to prove it myself, since they couldn’t see it on their end. Only screenshots fixed it.Early check-in, something every other rental has provided as a courtesy, was available only for an extra fees. The night before arrival, their app sent a flood of restrictive, nitpicky rules (like not cleaning rocks with towels, or using towels for spills). The tone was punitive, not welcoming, and made us feel like we had to walk on eggshells. Many things were met with additional fees, if you do or don’t do this or that. On arrival, faucets leaked and even a simple trash question was met with “it’s in the app”—a dismissive response that felt like “don’t bother us.” We recorded every room to protect ourselves from potential false claims and notified our credit card company in case of unauthorized charges.Bottom line: the cabin was adequate, but the management was unprofessional, indifferent, and unwelcoming. If you want a stress-free stay with genuine hospitality, look elsewhere.

Cannot say enough about this place. Check-in was seamless with the app. I had a few complications with my booking, but the management team was always available and worked with me quickly to get it resolved. There’s enough parking for about 6 cars, which was greatly appreciated. The place is huge, and the theatre room was definitely a fan favorite. It’s in a nice neighborhood in a central location with everything less than 20 minutes away. If given the opportunity, I would 10/10 recommend and stay here again. No complaints at all!

Fun for the whole family! We all enjoyed the game room, theater room, hot tub, and sitting on the porches. Great location, great views, and we loved the house. The only downside (and is completely minor) is that the small washer and dryer made laundry challenging for so many people.I would definitely recommend this place!

Spring Break

We had a group of 3 families, including 7 kids and 6 who are under the age of 6. The cabin was perfect for us with a ton of options for bedrooms/sleeping arrangements, great views, and plenty of indoor/outdoor entertainment (arcade, theater room, hottub, etc). Check in process is slightly confusing , however the check out process was seamless. Only very minor complaint was trash receptor being down, and a minimal commute to a different one.

Great Location and Accomadations

Our Sea Scout Ship needed a central place to stay as we have scouts in college and in HS. We were in Gatlinburg for BSA Winterfest and this place was great! When we weren't in Gatlinburg the kids wanted to hang out at the house. They didn't even want to go to "The Island" in Pigeon Forge this year. We will be booking again once we know the dates for Winterfest next year.

Summer Vacation

We found this property on the app, and decided to pick it for our family vaction. This property was way too big for our family: me, my wife, our 2 boys and one of their girlfriends. We chose this property for the amenities. It was a great vaction. Pros: The property was a very nice location and very clean. The theather room was amazing. Great selection of music on the jukebox. Golden Tee was a big hit. MarioKart was another game the whole family enjoyed. The pool table provided hours of fun, however it will need resurfed sooner rather than later. The views. There is a large balcony on all three levels, all providing some spectacular views. The Property Management group. The first morning, we discovered a plumbing issues with one of the upstair showers. When i let them know, they gave me options for when they could come look into the issue. Once they assessed the situation, they gave options of how we would best like to handle this possible lengthy repair. Always worrying about what best worked for us. Because of this issue, they offered to give us free tickets for our entire group, instead of the normal 1 free ticket. This also leads me to the free tickets through Xplorie. We used this several times. I would suggest that they find a way to remove the metal piece attached to deck floor right outside of the hot tub. Very hard to see at night, and could lead to a possible injury. My son almost stepped on it. We will absolutely try to stay here next year.

Annual Family Christmas trip

Great place to stay! This cabin was a great place to stay for our family. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of room. The location was amazing. We really enjoyed having the stores so close to us. The extra games in the game room were a big hit with our teenagers. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Gatlinburg Tennessee .

Cabin Life

Our experience staying in this cabin was fabulous! It has plenty of rooms and beds for our family of 12. Although the kitchen was nice and well supplied, it was very small which meant only one or two in there. I can’t say enough nice things about the Gameroom that included arcade games, a juke box, a pool table, large air hockey table and a nice large media/movie room. The hot tub was great although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it but it was great! Everything was really amazing! Loved it…and also the views were great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!

We had a large group for family vacation and this was the best place for us! The views were beautiful and the game room and movie theater were a hit. We saw bears daily, crossing the road and close to the pool area, which we really enjoyed. We loved our time at the cabin just as much as our time out on the town. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again!
