BEST LOCATION IN GATLINBURG! Completely renovated, 2 bedroom (3 beds)/2 bath condo in downtown Gatlinburg. Renovation includes new flooring and fresh paint on walls, doors, ceilings, and trim work. All new furniture, mattresses, and linens throughout. Walking distance to the National Park entrance and steps from the parkway, convention center, and many of Gatlinburg's best restaurants. We are located across the street from the Ober Mountain tram station as well. You never even have to move your car and pay for downtown parking. A very convenient location, but it feels tucked away and private at the same time.

Master bedroom features a king size bed with private balcony, while the second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Our guests are always commenting on how comfortable our mattresses are! Master bath features a large jetted tub, stand alone tiled shower, and a granite double vanity. Second bathroom has a combo tub/shower unit with separate vanity area. The set up of both baths allows for a guest to bathe while another uses the sink/vanity areas, so multiple people can get ready at the same time.

A spacious, open floor plan in the kitchen, dining, and living areas provides plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. The stone, gas fireplace adds a cozy touch. Our condo is a corner unit which offers additional natural lighting due to an extra window. Double doors in living area lead to large balcony, and provide mountain views from inside the condo. Our corner balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching for wildlife and taking in the views. In fall, winter, and early spring you’ll also have a view of LeConte creek from the balcony.

Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare drinks, snacks, and meals. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 more at kitchen bar. We supply a few coffee pods to get you started!

Washer and dryer conveniently located inside unit.

Our unit is on the 3rd floor right next to the stairway or there is an elevator for your convenience.

Summit Manor Condos has an outdoor pool and hot tub open seasonally. Please bring your own towels for the pool area. Bath towels provided in the condo are not allowed in the pool area.
