Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Very nice, well kept and clean. Balcony was great to sit out on as was hanging out in the hot tub in the evenings. Great view as well. The Road leading to the property was a little harrowing, but made for a great adventure.

Fabulous home to stay for a family!

This house was fantastic place for our family to enjoy Gatlinburg and the surrounding area! We have 5 children from age 3-22 and everyone in our group has a fantastic time! The house was beautifully decorated with space to spread out but also be together and had a nice game room to enjoy too! This home was comfortable, host was accommodating and got right back when we called the home is immaculately clean! (and I read over 100 reviews to find this gem!) This home is close to Gatlinburg and also close to many different trails to enjoy hiking/walking. We definitely recommend booking a stay here and plan to come back ourselves!

Great home

We enjoyed our stay so much! It’s in Gatlinburg without being in the middle of all the traffic. And for us, it was perfectly situated near our daughter’s sports. All the appliances are nice and new and it’s clearly been recently renovated. Beautiful.

We loved our time at seasonal therapy. House was clean and even nicer than the pictures show. Convenient location, good views and lots to do. Kitchen had everything I needed, natural gas grill and deck were great! We would definitely rent again!!

Lovely cabin

The cabin was roomy, clean, functions well for a family and made for a nice stay in the smoky mountains. The one concern is the road to the cabin. It is a one lane with several houses. We didn’t meet another vehicle but had that occurred one vehicle would have had to back up on a curved unlit one lane road (with drop off on the side). I would not recommend the property if you have a trailer or larger vehicle. The location was convenient. Overall a wonderful stay. The cabin was great for our family!

Beautiful rental home minutes from Gatlinburg

My family (2 adults, 3 teen children) were in the area for vacation and stayed at this gem of a rental home. The location was perfect for our visits to the National Park as well as local tourist attractions such as miniature golf and a water park. The home is luxurious, as beautiful as the online pictures. The hot tub was clean and ready to use when we arrived. Everything in the house was clean and in good working order. The deck was so peaceful for reading or relaxing with a view of the mountains. We enjoyed the arcade games and darts as well. We used the free ticket to enjoy Soaky Mountain water park. Making the reservation was simple. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Great location

Property was private yet very close to the main strip downtown. It was very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable and accommodated 2 couples with kids. My only criticism would be that they don’t provide dish soap, but that’s it!

Beautiful mountain home

My family of 5 recently stayed at Seasonal Therapy and loved our experience! It was very clean. Nicely decorated and perfect for our spring break trip! The house had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable there. We really enjoyed the game room and had some mini competitions with the various arcade games! I did contact the property manager about a clogged sink in the bathroom. No one came to fix it but my husband was able to get it unclogged pretty easily after our attempt. Not really a big deal and wouldn’t impact how we rate the house. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Beautiful home made for a comfortable visit. Dogs in the neighborhood made it impossible to sleep in, go on a relaxing walk, or even get something from the driveway without continuous barking. Tried to reach out to property management with questions upon check in, however, after 12 minutes of being on hold, we gave up. Property is very well equipped and the location provided a perfect balance between proximity to town and nice neighborhood away from the crowds.

Gorgeous cozy modern cabin!

Pictures dont depict the beauty warmth and fun of this home! The decor is straight out of a magazine! Perfect for families as well as a romantic adventure for couples! Communication was incredible with the property management best we have experienced! Road to the cabin is one way tight and windy be careful if coming in at night. Just a heads up. We stay in alot of VRBOs and this is definitely in our top 3!

Family trip sept 22-26 2022

Wow! This property was absolutely beautiful. All the little extra details was a plus. The arcade room was a hit and everyone loved the dart board. We were very surprised and excited when we saw a black bear walking across the backyard! The one and only downfall was the dishwasher. I had called letting them know we were out of propane when we tried to start the grill and this was resolved quickly with a back up propane on sight. While I was on the phone I told them the dishwasher would not start the cycle and was told maintenance would come out the next day, which did not happen. All our breakfast and dinner dishes along with pots had to be hand washed which was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise the property was perfect for our family and we would stay here again.

Perfectly splendid

A “wow” entrance reaction from everyone was what we wanted for the $$ and we got it!! The place is well appointed and maintained. Used the grocery delivery service and can’t recommend it enough. Bring extra toilet paper /paper towels and things like salt/pepper etc. Very well appointed as mentioned but they do a through clean after each visit so no “left behind” useful clutter. Overall, could not recommend more!
