Upon entering, you'll immediately appreciate the warm and inviting atmosphere of this thoughtfully appointed studio. The open layout maximizes the available space, creating a comfortable and functional living area. Windows flood the space with natural light, providing a welcoming ambiance.

The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A tasteful blend of rustic and contemporary decor elements adds to the suite's overall charm. A flat-screen Roku TV is conveniently mounted for your entertainment, ensuring you can relax and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. Wireless internet is also available throughout the studio.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes modern appliances, making it easy to prepare a quick meal or snack. Whether you're brewing a cup of coffee in the morning or heating up leftovers from one of Gatlinburg's fantastic restaurants, you'll find everything you need.

This Studio is located on the parade route for all parades in the City of Gatlinburg. You can enjoy the parade from your balcony!

If you need additional space, this can be rented with our 1-bedroom Suite next door to accommodate an additional couple!

Free ticket is available to several venues in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Visit our website and click on “FREE FUN PASS” and check out the activities for your enjoyment.

Please note this property is located in Downtown Gatlinburg and there are minimal dog walking areas. Pet fee is $60 per pet.

Birthday weekend

The unit was great, perfect location to walk where we wanted to go, nice to have parking also. The room was exactly what we needed for the two of us. We plan on staying again, just hopefully my wife wont be under the weather as bad next time and we'll get to enjoy our time a little more.

Fantastic little getaway!

Had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. We checked in after dark and it was late so was skeptical at first but once we parked and got situated and in the room was exceptionally suprised. It was perfect for our stay to celebrate my daughter graduating college. When i come back and its not the entire family i will definitely be checking on this place. Location was amazing and quiet when we were in our room. Perfect for a couples getaway who wants to spend their time downtown in Gatlinburg!

Perfect for a couple

The whole process was super simple and they are very responsive. It’s a nice, small, clean, room perfect for a short or long stay. It’s an easy walk to the strip. Overall, no complaints. Would recommend!

Great location & place to stay

We had the best time in gatlinburg - this property is seriously right down town. We saved so much time and money not having to drive & park places downtown - we were able to walk everywhere! The actual apartment was perfect; we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to gatlinburg in the future!

WEEKEND GETAWAY

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. After contacting the property manager by text to ask a check-in question, we were offered an upgrade to the unit next door that was larger at no extra charge. Great location if you want to be close to the Gatlinburg strip.

Location is great

The unit is located right up the street from downtown, very quick walk. No shampoo or conditioner or any extra stuff that you may find at most rentals. The bed wasn't for me or my wife, not the most comfortable. But like I said the location was wonderful and being able to park so close and not deal with traffic was amazing.

Location was perfect! Parking spot in the back of the building ! We parked our car and would walk to all the locations ! Short drive to the start of the national park ! All the amenities available - prefect getaway !

Great for the price

Very clean, great location, easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Only complaints are that the water pressure was not the greatest and the bed was a bit hard. Still, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely use it again.

Fantastic

This property was great! It was close to everything and We were able to walk everywhere. Very clean! The only issue we had was there was no water pressure for the shower. Overall it was a great place and we will definitely stay there again!!

Convenient location

I was under the impression that the interior was larger. It is truly a studio, more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The street in front was loud with traffic all the time and the bed was uncomfortable. Needed more blankets and pillowcases for extra pillows. It was very close in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do so that it its best feature. The inside of the room was clean and we used the refrigerator and coffee maker so didn't pay attention to how well the kitchen was stocked. Worth what we paid for a holiday weekend.
