Main Level:
Upon entry you are greeted with the warmth only a mountain home can provide.
The main level features an open floor concept and is highlighted by a large 2-story gathering room boasting a 20' fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The open dining room is surrounded by large windows and provides access to the spacious deck and porch areas. The thoughtfully designed kitchen makes preparing meals a delightful experience with plenty of space, an abundance of cabinetry, beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. The laundry room and half bath are located just down the hall.
The primary master bedroom suite is secluded at the other end of the home for privacy. Featuring a king bed, HDTV, seating and work areas and a large private bath with double vanity and custom tiled shower with rain head.

Upper Level:
The upper level offers two large bedrooms.
The 1st bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and private full bath with tub/shower.
the 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and private full bath with walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level offers a dynamic theater room with reclining chairs, large game room, wet bar, 2 custom handcrafted bunkbeds (twin-over-full) that sleep 6 comfortably and a full bath with walk-in shower. The large game room includes competition level pool table, shuffle board, extremely fun video games for the kids and a high quality ping pong table for everyone to enjoy!

The exterior amenities boast the ultimate upscale relaxation with a custom private pavilion with luxury swim spa, custom stone fire pit and a put putt golf green.

In addition to 1088 sq ft of outdoor deck area, of which 750 is covered, 6 person hot tub, newly paved driveway & level parking area.
