Only complaint would be the broken toilet down stairs which they fixed pretty quick and the black mold on the vent above the foosball table.

Nice Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 5 nights/6 days. It was very clean and a beautiful location. There are a few things that need to be made clear. The pool room temperature was too cold and we could not figure out how to make it warmer. This limited how much we used the pool as noone wants to be cold. The doors on the first floor (near the hot tub) were not secure. Even though they lock the entire door moved in and out instead of having a center board to secure to. The theater did not work as instructed either. We followed the directions to the T and the only thing that would play was live tv.

Between the pool, hot tub, games, theater room there were hours of entertainment while being a short drive to the heart of Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we plan on using Elk Springs resort for another upcoming trip.

Such a beautiful property! I could write all day about how great this place is so rather than do that I’ll point out the tiny things that need improvement. A loose floor tile in the bathroom and the waterfall didn’t seem to work in the pool. Everything else A+

From the moment that I booked our rental, they were highly responsive and sent great information. During our stay, the team sent us texts to let us know they were there if we needed them. We loved the was beautiful!! The place was very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and everything was in working order. They definitely delivered on their promises! We will be back!
