Excellent family experience

We came here with a group of 14, including 5 young children. The property was clean, updated and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed the many deck areas with varying views, the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and spacious kitchen area. The owner responded to my many questions typically within a couple minutes and was so helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with a group, unplug and enjoy the many fun adventures this area has to offer.

Enjoyable stay

Great host and unbelievable 360 views. Had a great stay. Phoebe was helpful when needed. Both families really loved the house. Wish we had a few more days. Close to downtown Burg and pigeon forge

Amazing Stay

I would give 10 stars to this place if I could !!! Unbelievable views, beautiful cabin, very clean, it has all that is needed to spend a great time. Finally, great host, our last day we got over 8 inches of snow and our host was very understanding and gave us the needed time for roads to be cleared so that we could check out. Overall great stay, highly recommended!!! Will definitely be bsck

perfect vacation

this house was fabulous. it was accurately described and accommodated 11 people just fine! including a massive kitchen that sat all of us at once so we could eat together (first rental house that we were able too). The beds were very comfortable, check in process was super easy. The game room/ movie room was where we spent most of our time!! loved the big screen so much we watched like 2 moves a night. it is super close to both downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. House was clean and check out was a breeze! we will be back next year for our yearly trip;)

All you need plus great view in a package

We had really nice stay. House is very well equipped with everything you might need. It has very convenient location and is close to trails, city and stores. At the same time it is located in a calm and private neighborhood. House is not as advertised freshly renovated. It has plenty of things that doesn’t work or things that are broken. It wasn’t bothering us and we still enjoyed our stay but for that price and with such high deposit you expect better standard.

Perfect vacation

Beautiful home with a great view. We had 10 people and there was more than enough room. Huge kitchen and well equipped. I watched the sun rise from the back deck every morning. Host was so nice. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Awesome family vacation

We had a wonderful time. There were 6 kids ages 6-14. The basement entertainment area was a huge hit. Easy walk to the pool which was enjoyed multiple times. Easy and very quick communication with Phoebe. The house was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Extended family getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay with 3 generations of our family, and our 2 dogs! The game room downstairs kept kids and adults busy for hours and the location and views are incredible

Amazing view with an amazing basement!

You can’t beat the view of the sun coming up from the top of the mountain where this home is nestled. I specifically woke up up early every day to watch it. Drink a coffee outside from any one of the MANY porches. Huge kitchen!! Tons of seating inside and out! Comfy beds! Jetted tub! Quick access to either Gatlinburg or pigeon forge, you’ll struggle to pick what to do with so many options!! If you do decide to stay in, you could spend an entire week indoors and be entertained the entire time. TVs in every room and multiple communal spaces. Just wait until you get downstairs! Corn hole, darts, billiards, a wooden train, and flat table arcade, and a movie theatre with 6 recliners?!?! We hooked up our game console to it and had a blast on the mega screen. Don’t be mislead, although it’s a projection it is really clear!!! It makes me want to go home and buy one set up just like this. Amazing audio as well. Rent this place and enjoy its top to bottom beauty!!!

Annual Christmas Vacation

Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation together in Gatlinburg. The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for all 10; everyone enjoyed the game room, the kitchen is wonderfully well stocked, the views are stunning and one of the most level driveways in the subdivision. Phoebe has excellent communications; however we did not need her during our stay as everything was perfect. The reservation, check in and out were timely with very good instructions. We are already talking about next year. We hope to return to this home. The photos do not do the house justice! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Tennessee house

Phoebe was an amazing host and the property itself is top tier. Very spacious for myself and 5 other family members. The theater room was so much fun, they have everything you need and more down there. The views are breathtaking from wherever you are in/out of the house and the peace you get out there is unmatched. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls utensils, seasonings etc. We unfortunately, didn't get a chance to use the hot tub outside, however, we did utilize the fire pit and I must say that was probably the best night we had out there. All in all you will not be disappointed with this beautiful property, we'll definitely be returning in the near future!

Spectacular

The house is perfect, very clean and super comfortable, the social area, the cinema is fantastic, we loved the view that the house has from its balconies, it is a very cozy house, and the kitchen is large and spacious. Without a doubt, 100% recommended and would be in our favorite houses for future vacations oh i forgot to mention how fantastic the jacuzzi
