"The place was clean, staff was helpful. We were scheduled to have an ADA room with a roll in shower, at first we were given a different room. Which they quickly corrected and although the correct room was farther back on the property it was very nice. We had an early flight so we didn't get to sample breakfast, but they did have a travelers breakfast available. "Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib...

After a miserable 45 minutes of walking several blocks with all our stuff finally get to our room and the front desk did not give us any keys in our check in folder.
