  • Located in a quiet and residential area of Gassin, this magnificent villa completely renovated in 2025 offers an ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends.

    The house is only a 10-minute walk from the beach of Bouillabaisse and a 5-minute drive from the center of Saint-Tropez.

    It consists of a beautiful bright living space with living room, bar, dining room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a large furnished terrace with outdoor bar and view of the vineyards.

    The villa has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, including an independent dormitory on the upper floor, perfect for children.

    Outside, several terraces invite you to relax around a heated and secure L-shaped swimming pool, accompanied by a fully equipped pool house and a barbecue.
