The interior of the house was not the same as the photos listed. That being said, the interior of the house is similar to photos and was very clean. Listing different photos than the actual property is not fair to guests. Here are some areas of caution/improvements:1) The bottom step onto the sidewalk leading up to the house is missing. It is a dangerous situation, and it is difficult to maneuver. This should be mitigated before anyone is injured.2) The staircase leading up to the second floor is dangerous. Treads are very narrow and the rise is very steep and slippery. If that cannot be fixed, the issue should be explained in the listing. Anyone with any sort of injury, age, or balance issues would have a very difficult time navigating up to the only bathroom/bedrooms.3) The house is sparce. Sparce furniture, sparce kitchen utensils, sparce supplies. The kitchen did not have any pots and pans, no toaster, few glasses, few pieces of flatware, very few mugs. The house should be much better stocked. More lamps, more kitchen utensils and cookware.4) While the inside of the house is very, very clean, the windows are very, very dirty. Cobwebs, wasp nests and grime cover the windows so looking outside is not appealing. 5) The backyard looks like a mosquito trap. It is dark and overgrown and not inviting even though there is outdoor furniture outside.6) It looks like the cleaners do a great job, but the owner needs to address some critical issues.
