"TV remote didn't work, front desk helped. TV system doesn't seem user friendly. Clock wasn't working. We couldn't get hot water for our showers, so we didn't shower. Front desk checked and said there was hot water, but neither of us could get hot water, not even warm water, even though we ran the water for a few minutes."

"the room was clean but the television was not even hooked up to cable. when trying to figure it out, noticed just how clean the room really was (NOT). We were never advised about the breakfast in the morning, assumed with the price we paid that breakfast would be included (it was not). when we asked the server he really didn't know what to answer, kept telling we need ticket. When front desk told us we could park at back of hotel to make it easier to get to our room (it was very scary)....
