  • Welcome to the Hirsch holiday flat! The modern new flat is the ideal starting point for discovery tours and a comfortable retreat to recharge your batteries.

    In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers enough space for 4 people. The high-quality furnishings in simple colours, combined with bright rooms and rustic old wood, give the flat an alpine charm.

    The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a sunny, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or enjoy the surrounding mountain panorama.

    On the ground floor is the living and dining area with integrated, open-plan kitchen. An inviting seating area with corner bench allows you to sit together comfortably at the dining table. A sofa set provides the perfect place to put your feet up or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The sofa also pulls out to provide another place to sleep.

    The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and all other common utensils needed for cooking.

    Adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with a ground-level shower and a bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.

    A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with shower.

    To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in the drying room in the cellar. You share this with the adjacent flat "Gams". There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use a washing machine and a dryer.

    Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

    The flat Hirsch is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.

Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was in einer fewo benötigt wird. Für uns war die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal, da wir frühmorgens die Zahnradbahn zur Zugspitze erreichen mussten - und dies war zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten kein Problem. Für 2 Paare eine ideale Wohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der separate Eingang von der Tiefgarage zu dem unteren Zimmer ist super. Die Küche ist toll, da fehlt nichts. 3 Fernseher, in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Gerät hat auch Vorteile. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und war sauber, die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Lage war für uns auch ideal, sowohl zum Hausberg als auch zu allen Geschäften konnten wir bequem laufen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war hervorragend. Einzig die Bettdecken waren ein Problem, wir haben nachts sehr geschwitzt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles da was benötigt wird um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich in der Wohnung sofort wohl. Schöne Aufteilung der Räume und schöner Blick auf die Berge. Auf der Terrasse kann zwischendurch prima entspannt werden. Angenehm ist der direkte Zugang zur Tiefgarage und die sehr gute Zentrale Lage. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig als auch der schöne Ortskern mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden diese Wohnung im Freundeskreis weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit Blick auf Alp- und Zugspitze, ideal für 2 Paare oder Familie geeignet. Gute Lage zum Einkaufen und zum Gang in die Stadt(Fußgängerzone). Bahnhof ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Was uns fehlte, war ein Gasgrill im Garten. Dann hätte man auch mal draußen etwas zubereiten können. Die Küche hat nämlich keine Dunstabzugshaube. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und sehr hochwertig und durchdacht ausgestattet. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Zimmer im Souterrain ist ansprechend und ein vollwertiges Schlafzimmer mit tollem Bad. Der Zugang von Tiefgarage in die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah und ruhig, von der Terrasse schaut man direkt auf die Berge.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt über Weihnachten in Garmisch in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir hatten zu 4. ausreichend Platz in den beiden Schlafzimmern mit je einem Bad ein suite. Eine gemütlicher Koch/-Esstisch-Bereich rundete die Wohnung ab. Von der Anlage konnten wir alle zusammen (Freunde hatten eine andere Wohnung im Nachbarhaus) super schnell in die Stadt, zum Einkaufen und auch zum Hausberg gelangen. Das Schwimmbad ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und der Eintritt ist mitbeten Kurkarten sogar frei … wir kommen gerne wieder
