Reserved this hotel for a stay in Aberdeen. The hotel entrance was difficult to find. At the entrance a male member of staff was smoking at the hotel and did not have a care to smoke away from the door. On entry there was an odour from the hotel. At reception, a male staff member was there. He was unable to book me in straight away and needed some time. A short time late I was able to receive a key and go to the room. The lift was not working within the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was awful. The duvet cover was torn/shredded. Pillow case had stains on it. The bed was against the wall and the wall was heavily stained with what appeared to be dried blood or vomit. On the base of the divan there appeared to be dried blood beside the mattress. The laminate type floor within the room was incredibly dirty, as if it hadn't been swept or hoovered and certainly not mopped. The small chair within the room was full of stains. The bathroom floor was disgusting, stains on the floor, pubic hair and other body hair around the toilet and the sink. The bath/shower was dirty appeared unsanitary. The bathroom door had staining on the door - bodily fluids? I immediately left the hotel. I would not recommend.

Helt okej boende för en relativt billig peng. Mögel i duschen, fönster som fick säkras med papper för att inte slå i vinden var saker som drog ner betyget.

The heated floor in the bathroom is always a winner every visit. Disappointed that you now can’t get dinner in the bar. As a single person travelling for work, it’s never great having to sit in a busy restaurant

Not the hotels fault but very noisy but there was a wedding on but at 02.15 heard pouring water got up and water was coming through the ceiling and down the door from the upstairs room tried twice to call reception no response got dressed went to try find someone before any more damage was done found someone who came up to address the issue. Person had passed out drunk in shower with water running hence the problem got back to bed 30 min later water slowly stopped after 45 min. Ordered full breakfast forgot our bacon and sauce which we asked for which came 10 min after we had finished. Hotel itself was a 10/10 but we were unlucky after travelling for 11 hours to get there.
