"Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!"

"Fantastic location for exploring many of the popular Cotswold villages. It’s easy to find and feels nice and private with it being one of 3 pods on the farm. Inside is presented beautifully and it’s spotless. Everything has been thought of down to spare batteries, coffee pods and women’s toiletries. Communication regarding how to find them and check in is easy to follow and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back as a base to explore more of the Cotswolds. "

"This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "

"A well appointed flat as stated. The building too is quite new and well kept.We loved being able to walk in to the centre of Oxford in around 35 mins (despite the weather) but did look at using Uber or Bolt, neither of which serve the area interestingly… at least when we visited.Nice place to stay. "This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient.
