"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."

"Clean and well maintained. Central heat and AC not reliable. Room temperature varies. Use your ear plugs because of noisey highway. Trees behind the lodge need cutting to prevent roof noise. Microwave and mid-sized refrigerator in room. Cable TV worked great. The bed was comfortable. No extras except soap and towels provided. Low price lodging, not luxury. "

"The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. "

The fitness center is rather small, but I was at least able to do a bit of elliptical and treadmill, and they had complementary bottled water and towels, and sanitizing wipes for the equipment. Breakfast had nice variety and was fresh. Even the coffee was good! I wish they had a 24-hour coffee bar like some other hotels, but at least there was a mini coffee maker in the...

Everything painted dark to not show the walls. 1/3 of lights were out in the hallways. Exit door lock was broken, so people just wedged it to keep it open. Staff was okay with that. Breakfast was the leanest I've seen. Powdered scrambled eggs. Juice machine broken. Coffee was some dark liquid mixed with hot water. Hard boiled eggs...

When I checked into the room, I was told there would be an additional $50 charged to my card in case of damages that would be refunded the next day, which is fine, however it took 3 days for the money to be refunded. The bathroom was not clean, and it had hair and used toiletries from the previous guests. The breakfast selection was very limited and of low quality, and I noticed in the dining area that one of the food related certifications framed on the wall...
