"My family stayed at this house for 3 nights for our trip to the Kentucky Derby. We were unbelievably excited to see the house when we got there! "The property was very clean on the inside and out. So quiet at night, I heard nothing but the passing storm. There was neighbors but I didn't encounter them. Plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. The GPS didn't take me to the house and Crystal did have to help out with that. I was in the area with family and also working as a travel nurse. I would highly recommend if your looking to stay here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very clean, well decorated and very cozy. Wish the lighting would have been a bit brighter. The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated all of the tupperware containers, to store leftovers in. The lake level at rough river was low.
