The house was perfect! Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The 4 beds upstairs felt like having a slumber party with all of the girls. The hosts went out of there way to make sure we were well taken care of.

Rosete Family Farm is a lovely hidden gem!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and the owner’s friendliness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home! We were able to host our daughter’s graduation reception at the onsite event hall and friend’s and family also commented on how beautiful Rosete Farm was!

Beautiful/Peaceful Retreat

Kristian & Alex were amazing hosts. Highly recommend this booking for big families (including dogs). The property was beautiful and well kept. We were welcomed by the hosts, got a tour and they even had water bowl ready for our pup! We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Blueberry Bliss

The listing does not do the property justice! From the rows and rows of blueberries to the chocolate kisses on the pillows, this place is perfection! Every detail of the home was perfectly thought out with the guest in mind. The Rosete’s are the sweetest people. 10 out of 10 stars for this property!!!

5 star girls weekend getaway!!!

This property is stunning! Alex was such a fantastic host! He was in the house next door, but very much respected privacy.. would always text us before he came by.. We all loved picking blueberries, sitting next to the fire, enjoying the hot tub and ping-pong. Location is about 10 miles from a town with restaurants and Walmart. About 40 min to eureka springs. I will most definately stay here again if we get the chance!!

Beautiful Blueberry Farm

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property, the owners are fantastic and the blueberries are amazing! My kids loved the loft bedroom, the fire pit and the unlimited blueberries! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Amazing Trip

The property is beautiful and clean. Alex was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were nicer then any other rental I’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to come back during blueberry season. We had young kids and the staircase is a bit steep, but they had a baby gate that could be used at the top.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We were very excited to get away to NW Arkansas for a long weekend stay and when we found this property it met all of our needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property owner to get a full tour of the property along with some additional perks for our stay. It was centrally located between Bentonville and Eureka Springs, access to grocery and restaurants but also really nice that it was tucked away from traffic. We really had an amazing stay.

Beautiful, relaxing, friendly

We recently stayed with Kristin and Alex and had such a wonderful time, we didn't want to leave. The property is gorgeous, inside and out! The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay including towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. As an added touch, they left a bottle of wine and chocolate on our arrival. Alex lit the fire pit for us so we could enjoy a fun evening outdoors, and s'mores too! During the day you can wander the farm and see the blueberry plants, enjoy beautiful views, and just relax away from your usual routine. You are also just a few minutes from town if you want to explore a brewery, check out a museum, or find a great trail for a hike. Everything inside the home was spotless, possibly the cleanest VRBO I've stayed in. Alex also wore a mask (we did as well) when he showed us around the interior of the property, and we appreciated the extra precautions taken during this time. We can't wait to go back during blueberry season and see the farm in action, but are also excited to have such a great place to stay anytime we are visiting NW Arkansas.

New and close to things

Nicest bnb I’ve ever stayed. 40 min to Eureka Springs, 20 min to Bentonville. Very nice property. Owners were very accommodating to us. Peaceful, relaxing. We did lots of walks around the property and it’s all so lush and relaxing. No place is toddler proof but ours really liked the stairs so FYI on that. No door to upstairs bedroom so varying sleep schedules make it hard but it’s also great because people upstairs can still be involved with what’s going on downstairs. This place was great for our family because of all the nature nearby and the awesome home with all the luxury amenities. I LOVE the bedding and forgot to ask where they’re from.

Beautiful Gem Located Near Beaver Lake

My family and I stayed at this property earlier this week (June 2020). We absolutely loved it! We visit the Beaver Lake area multiple times a year and have stayed at several properties, but this is our favorite. This property is actually a family-owned and operated blueberry farm. The landscaping is beautiful and consists of very manicured rows of blueberry bushes, bright green evergreen trees, an array of colorful flowers with two very well-designed attractive buildings. The property is very well maintained and works wonderfully as a family get away, a wedding/party venue, a conference area, or a romantic trip. We especially loved that we were allowed to pick some of the delicious blueberries while we were there, caught fireflies at night, smoked marshmallows on the open fire pit, and relaxed in hot tub while watching the beautiful sun set. The location is perfect in that it is very easy to find and is centrally located to so many things. It is only about a 15-minute drive to Bentonville, about a 15-minute drive to Beaver Lake, about a 15-minute drive to Roaring Rivers State Park, and about 30 minutes to float the White River – we know because we did all of these things. The accommodations are so warm, inviting, and relaxing. The owners (Alex and Kristen) are some of the nicest and most hospitable people I have ever met. If you need anything at all, they are right there on the property (in a separate building) willing to help. They take a lot of pride in the details, and it shows. For example, they have five separate beds on the property, and they made sure to choose different beds with different firmness as some people like softer beds and some (like myself) like firmer beds. They have chocolates and wine waiting for you when you arrive. They have specialty bottles of water chilled and waiting for you. They thought of everything you may need for your stay. This place reminds me of a bed and breakfast (as far as the hospitality goes), but you have the privacy of your own building. This facility has WI-FI, two televisions, a full kitchen, three bathrooms, and is all beautifully decorated. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this property. ~Elizabeth and Nathan Bosworth
