Located on the Yellowstone River, Parks Riverside is a cozy retreat in the heart of Gardiner, Montana. The rental is a duplex building. Unit A is a two bedroom, one bathroom comfortable living space. It includes an open kitchen with all the necessities, and a calm living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Relax on the large deck while soaking in the amazing views and sounds of the Yellowstone River and Yellowstone National Park. You are .7 of a mile from the historic Roosevelt Arch and North Entrance to YNP. Enjoy traveling through the park, watching the abundant wildlife, and taking advantage of the incredible outdoor activities.
Walk to any of the various gift shops, art galleries, ice cream and coffee shops, post office, grocery store, gas stations, raft companies, fly fishing shop, and many other points of interest in Gardiner.

  • The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone offers different dramatic looks and moods dependent on the time of day. The falls are luminous in the morning. In the evening when this photo was taken, the canyon takes on a soft, almost painterly light. If you can, make a visit right after sunrise and return for the sunset.

  • We visited this location but ideally needed to be there in the afternoon as the sun was on the "wrong" side of the arch. I used a wide lens to capture the arch and didn't attempt to correct the distortion as I felt it added to the picture (for me anyway). It took a long time to get this without hoardes of people in the shot.

Fantastic location...walk to restaurants shops, the bridge over the river and the entrance arch to Yellowstone.Clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for relaxation. Mini splits keep rooms cool. Expansive deck in back looks out at river. Host was very kind and helpful when our rental car had problems. We had a great time on this trip. Highly recommend!

Every thing you need is available. Exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very relaxing after a day in Yellowstone we felt like we were home. Walk to restaurants and bars. W watch eagles fly above the river and elk walking in town. Highly recommended!

Great place for a few days

We stayed 4 nights. The place was clean and well stocked. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. We spent most of our time in the park but it was nice to come back to this place in the evening. So easy to walk everywhere in the small town of Gardiner. Several restaurants, coffee places and souvenir shops close by. We liked we could get right in the park. Never a long line. Always saw wildlife around town and on the drive up and down the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot and Accommodations

Great place to relax after a day in the park. Nice little town and friendly people. You wont find a better host than Tera. She was sot on with the instructions and responded quickly to all our request and questions. I am definitely staying here again.

So Comfortable!

My high school friend and I (friends for 50 years), stayed and visited Lamar Valley for 3 days. Perfect place to rest up after each excursion. Even had an Elk Mom bring her baby to hide near the property. Hope to return!

Feels Like Home

We were very happy with our 7 day stay. The apartment is nicely appointed, clean, roomy, and comfortable. It is conveniently located a 1/4 mile from the Yellowstone north gate and is right on the Yellowstone river. We could spend a long day in the park and come back knowing we would get a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Teri !

Great Home Base for Your Yellowstone Adventures!

The Parks Riverside condo was a perfect spot for our visit to Yellowstone. Each morning we headed out for the day and then returned at the end of the day to a cozy home. The condo was very neat and clean and had great linens and a comfortable bed. We loved that there were bag chairs and coolers in the closet to use on our day trips as well as bear spray (which luckily we did not have to use!). It is a bit difficult to actually see the Yellowstone River from the deck, but you could hear it down below. We saw both mule deer and several elk in the backyard!

Amazing!

The location is super close to the north entrance which allows quick access to Yellowstone and the home is nice, clean and homey. Entertainment is provided with board games and puzzles! 10/10 recommend
