This 4BR, 2.5 Bath lake house has all the comforts of home so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. We are in the Sweetwater area with the golf course steps away. Beach and lake access, ATV trails, skiing, and more are minutes away.

The space
This home is a 4BR, 2.5 Bath home with the following:

The main floor* includes a spacious living area with a smart TV and board games, a full kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to plan meals for a group, 3 bedrooms, and private front and back decks with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. All 3 bedrooms have private access to the back deck. A dining table seats 6-8 plus a bar counter and patio seating for a casual feel. The washer and dryer are also located on the main level.

Head to the ground level for the family (or rowdy kids) bedroom, half bath, and game area. In the garage, you can challenge each other to ping pong or arcade basketball or head to the backyard to access the private hot tub or use the grill. The backyard also includes a turf area perfect for yard games (provided), play area for your little ones, or sitting around the fire pit at the end of the day. Hammocks are also available for use.

We are IN the Bear Lake golf course community so bring your clubs. Hodges and Logan canyon are just minutes away for ATV and snowmobile trails. Ride your ATV direct from the property! Beaver Ski Area is 18 miles away. The Marina is just a couple miles down the road.

Bath 2: Main level, full bath with shower/tub
Bath 3: Lower level, half bath

Kitchen:
New appliances, griddle, Instant Pot, slow cooker, pots/pans, array of spices and cooking basics. Kid-friendly plateware as well. Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher all available.

Other:
Free high-speed internet, Smart TVs ready to sign in (Master Bedroom and Living Room), Washer/Dryer (mini iron near the detergent), hair dryers/hair tools, shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels, yard games, BBQ.

We also have a beach bag with 13 towels available for use. Beach toys, card games for the hot tub, and more are located in the garage.

There are several air mattresses and a Pack n' Play that can be used for additional guests.

For the safety of our guests, we have 2 external Ring camera recording devices located at the front door and in the backyard.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home except for 2 locked owner's closets.

AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter. Our streets are plowed in the winter regularly however, winter weather can be extreme in the area. The roads in the Sweetwater neighborhood are maintained dirt roads but please drive these carefully, especially during harsher seasonal months. Please plan accordingly.

Please note that we are located on the mountainous hillside of Garden City. Wildlife (including bugs ;)) also share this area with us so we encourage bringing your bug spray and practice safety when encountering wildlife. We see deer, moose, foxes, skunks, and other little critters throughout the year.
