Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
Good view, but cabin is uncomfortable, shabbier than pictured, and grimy. It is only superficially cleaned. The mattresses are thin and saggy. The couch is a broken down, lumpy horror. Many of the blinds are broken or missing. Some BR outlets don’t work. Only three washcloths in the house. There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys in the shed as promised. The dining room fan was stuck on high, so my sister and I had to stand on chairs to unwind the fan cord from around the fixture and turn it down. The kitchen faucet is missing the crosspiece and splashes water. A whole piece of the pictured (“ample parking space”) view is gone, replaced by a new building. The bar stools don’t stay up when you sit on them.The toilets, sinks, and tubs were clean. I don’t think anything else has been cleaned for years. The sills were full of grime. The floor and couch had visible crumbs and a used bandaid. The LR rug is crusty and disgusting. The two fans were filthy and one had disintegrated. The vacuum was clogged and stunk. We had to clean the grimy stair handrails. The deck rug had big greasy black spots. Nightstand drawers held crumbs. The deck door had big handprints on it.Cost does not match value. We didn’t want a team of cleaners and a handyman there all day - that would have been a solution for the next guests, not for us.Info we tried to get: 1 queen bed downstairs, the rest up. Shower is upstairs. FYI, queen bunks require children or slim adults to access.
