For any problems or issues, guests will work with Bear Lake Lodging. A local property management company in Garden City.

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.
HOA will not allow any charcoal or open flame BBQ on property grounds.

Nice deck and patio views of Bear Lake, very close to marina for wave runner rental, overall great experience and location right next to all the main food and boating spots.

Very cute condo with wonderful views of the lake. Close to everything. Well stocked. Liked the waffle maker and shampoo. Plenty of towels. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Short stay

Sofa couch was broken and 3 outside chairs were broken. Luckily we brought our own blow up mattress. Place was clean and the view was amazing.

Beautiful view...pictures need updated

The property is a nice size for a family and a great location. Close to everything and a beautiful view. The pictures however need updated because the patio shows a propane grill and that is not there and has been replaced with an electric Foreman grill. This was a disappointment because we had intended to make steaks on that grill and steaks just do not cook the same on electric. I picked this unit because it showed a propane grill. There were cheaper options I could have picked had I know that it was an electric grill now and not propane. The grill also was not clean.

Great week

Great view of the lake, plenty of sleeping options (3 beds + hide-a-bed). Not a lot of counter space in the upstairs bathroom. One of the three TV's has cable access. Good WiFi speed.

Wonderful Stay!

Amazing view, Super clean, lovely decor, had everything we needed in the kitchen. No cable tv in the master bedroom a minor inconveniences when we just wanted to lounge and relax in the Bedroom. A portable fan would have been in the master as well. But really a wonderful place would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice condo with spectacular views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is great and very well maintained. Amazing view of the lake and very quiet neighborhood! Would suggest a ceiling fan or portable fan for the bedrooms and a broom for sweeping up. Other than that, wonderful place!
