You'll love this Multi Family Cabin with Amazing Views of the lake. Located in Harbor Village right next to the marina. We are just minutes from all the restaurants stores and beaches in Garden City. There are beds for 22 people and 5 extra sleeping mattresses for extra guests. It is perfect for 3-5 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer. We have 5 Bedrooms with King or Queen sized beds and a large bunk room for all the kids with 6 Queen sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are master suites making a total of 5 bathrooms to accommodate all the guests. We have a large game room with Ping Pong, Foosball, and Air Hockey. A fully stocked kitchen with inside and outside dining, WiFi internet access as well as movie and video library. Enjoy the amazing views through out the house and along the deck.

This was the most user friendly place for familes with little ones. The game room was ideal having a climbing wall and foam pit, pool table, fooze ball, and pingpong table. The children were entertained for hours. We all enjoyed being together with six bedrooms to accommodate every family member. The entire layout of the cabin was ideal for us! I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time! The house was plenty big enough for all our adult children and grandchildren. There was so much to do both inside and out. The view from the big windows was absolutely spectacular! The sunrise over the mountains each morning was so picturesque. The host for this property is very responsive and doesn't hesitate to help if you need something. We stayed at one of their other properties and had the same great experience with them.I think the only con was that this home is way up on a hill (It needs to be to get that spectacular view!), and we needed a 4-wheel drive truck to get up there. We didn't realize this when we booked it so we ended up parking cars at the bottom of the hill and taking several trips in our truck getting all of us up there and back down. The roads are fine when there is no snow. It's just a bit unpredictable to know whether there is going to be snow when you book. Oh, and definitely follow the host's directions to get up there!! One person in our group was following the GPS and ended up off-roading in the snow. Ha ha!

I was so thankful for Tami’s consideration to let us come a little early to celebrate with a sibling that had to leave later the night we arrived, so we got more time together! The cabin was beautiful with a great view and great for big families to stay together! The kids loved the foam pit, rock wall, and game room the most! We sure loved ringing in the New Year here! A memory we’ll have forever! It was clean, fun and a great cabin! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The cabin is extremely family friendly and was the perfect place for kids and adults to all have plenty to do and so much fun. The game room provided hours of fun! Everything was super clean and everything we needed was provided! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful views. Nice bedroom and bathroom availability for our family. Kitchen stocked well with appliances, pots and pans, and dishes. Only problems we had were couldn’t get fireplace to work. Did get working but needs work on flames. Wi-Fi very bad. Went through son’s phone to watch tv. Kept unplugging router but missed some football games. Frustrating. Had to call for trash bags. Host did respond timely. Overall would recommend.

The house was clean and ideal for our large group. The beds were soft! We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The game room was fantastic! We cooked all our meals and appreciated the wide variety of pots and pans, etc., and having 2 refrigerators was great. We played games around the large kitchen table. Everything was perfect! Hope to stay again!

This property was exactly what we needed! We had all of our children and grandchildren with us, and everybody had a place to stay. The kids absolutely loved the foam pit and climbing wall. The view was spectacular and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.. We would definitely book again if our family chooses to enjoy Bear Lake next year.

The location and view were gorgeous! The game room was a big hit with the kids, especially the climbing wall and foam pit below it. Weather prevented us from enjoying the kayaks but there was never a dull moment with everything around the house. Highly recommend if you have kids

We had 13 grandchildren, 11 and under, and 10 adults. The playroom with the foam pit was the boss! Rooms were cool on hot days, spacious and separate from each other so one crying baby didn't keep everyone up. The views and the patio were fantastic. Will stay here again.

The cabin was spacious and close to the lake. Central air was not working and several noisy portables were placed throughout the cabin. I was informed about the central air system issue by email from the owner just prior to arrival. We found out that there were mice in the cabin on the lower and ground level early on in our stay. When I contacted the owner about that she suggested buying mouse traps. We were able to catch and release 1 mouse from inside the kitchen.

Overall we loved our stay at this home. Perfect size for our family of 18. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds for everyone, no one had to sleep on the floor. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We chose to use paper products for meals but there were plenty of dishes if we had needed them. The home was well stocked with soaps, detergents, garbage sacks, etc. Washer/dryer worked well. Loved using the kayak and lifejackets at the lake. That was the grandkids favorite activity! Best part of the home was the game room. Our grandkids were in heaven and spent a lot of time in the foam pit! Grandkids also loved the toy room upstairs. Tami was an amazing host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely keep this home on our list of places to stay for future adventures at Bear Lake.

Super clean, very chill owner who gave us the info we needed but wasn’t overbearing, the home is gorgeous and had so much space, everything was comfortable and well stocked. We absolutely loved it.
