The cottage is adorable and immaculate (perfect for two people), and we loved its proximity to all things Savannah. The photos and list of amenities here describe it accurately...both the positives and the shortcomings/oddities. I did address some of the latter with Adam in a note after our stay, as did some of the reviewers (no dresser, few hangers, no bedroom door). There is, indeed, no toaster, which we found odd since breakfast is the one meal most people eat in when staying at a Vrbo. We actually ran out & bought one for $10 at the nearest Walmart. And yes, that is a window in the bathroom door...very strange. Also, the living room could use a small end table with a lamp - the only source of light is from the overhead ceiling fan (dim & inadequate), and a small table/nightstand to the right of the bed seems logical. There's just a single hook in the bathroom - no towel rack.
We've stayed at Vrbo's/ B&B's, and the like countless times over the years and don't consider ourselves whiners. We do have expectations, though. With just a few improvements here, we'd give this awesome little place a 5-star review. It could most definitely be perfect.
