VERIFY IDENTITY All bookings require the primary guest to provide their photo ID for verification before access codes are sent.
RENTAL AGREEMENT This home requires the signing of a vacation rental agreement after booking the home.
COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED All guests agree to communicate promptly with the Host and Manager, including but not limited to answering inquiries, and questions, updating on any change in the condition of the home, damages to the home or exterior of the property, and communicating any changes to reservation details including but not limited to, the number of occupants, intentions for the homes use, bringing of pets to the home for a visit or stay, check-in and check-out changes. Guests' reservations will be canceled due to a lack of communication.
SECURITY Security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and inside the garage. Cameras are on and recording for guest and property security. Guests may not disconnect, cover up, or tamper with the camera systems and may be evicted from the home without a refund immediately.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITS This property requires a $500 security deposit for short-term stays. It will be collected separately by the Host after reservation booking by pre-authorizing the guest's credit card of choice; cards are not charged upfront. Unfortunately, not everyone treats their vacation rental home like they would their own home, so refundable security deposits are becoming necessary. However, most guests receive a full return of their security deposit within 48 hours of checkout. *Long-term stays of 28 days or more may require an additional refundable security deposit equal to double the listed deposit amount. Ask for details before booking.
UNAUTHORIZED PETS Dogs are an additional $15 per day, per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, and will be collected separately by the Host after the reservation booking. Guests with unauthorized pets may have their reservations canceled and be evicted from the property without a refund. Please notify us before your stay so that we can make necessary accommodations for your dog(s) and add any pet fees. *Cats are NOT ALLOWED due to owner's allergies.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS Advertised nightly rates are based on a total occupancy of 1-4 guests. Please make reservations for the total number of guests occupying the home. Additional guests after booking may be charged $10 per guest, per night, for each guest after 4, up to the maximum number of guests allowed per property.
MID-STAY CLEANINGS Any long-term stay will require a mid-stay cleaning every 21 days. This is required to help keep homes in good working order and sanitary conditions. Mid-stay cleanings will be scheduled at a convenient time for the Guest, and an additional cleaning fee at the listed amount will be collected on the day of the mid-stay service.
