We had the most amazing time! The house is beautiful with the most amazing view. The host is extremely accommodating and a joy to work with. The house is very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect Home for Our Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have found a better place for our family reunion. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. With multiple comfortable bedrooms, everyone from the grandparents to the kids had a place to relax.The kids loved the playground and had a blast running around the spacious yard with a gorgeous view of Bear Lake. The property truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for any group looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!

great location and home for large gatherings

it was easy to find and a beautiful home. it was stocked with lots of supplies in the kitchen. Toy room, paddle boards, bikes, play set on a large grassy back yard. the views of the lake were fantastic.

Everything we dreamed of and more!

We had the most incredible weekend at this beautiful vacation home near Bear Lake! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that made it feel like our own private retreat.The views? Absolutely breathtaking—panoramic scenes of Bear Lake that looked like something out of a postcard. Whether it was morning breakfast on the deck or watching the sunset, the scenery never got old.Inside, the home was spotless and so well thought out. The kitchen was fully stocked—every utensil, appliance, and tool we needed to cook full meals (and more!) was right there. We didn’t have to run out for a single thing.The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept like babies after long days of fun and relaxation. Speaking of fun, one of our favorite parts of the stay was roasting s’mores around the firepit under the stars. And the hot tub? Pure bliss. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.This place truly had it all—comfort, charm, and the kind of beauty that makes you want to come back again and again. We’re already planning our next stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, unforgettable Bear Lake escape!

Wonderful Winter Vacation

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. We had a group of 16 and it accommodated everyone perfectly. As for the scenery, all I can say is they were breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Wonderful Family reunion at Bear Lake

We had a wonderful family reunion at this home. The property manager was very responsive. Everything at the site was in excellent repair and clean. We could not have expected more. We have already made a reservation to return next year.

We have stayed at this location before in our family has loved it. It has so much to do with the Pickleball court playground, fire pit, and large porch reviewing the lake. The owners are great and get back promptly. Will stay there again.

Beautiful View

The property is beautiful with a beautiful view. We enjoyed it very much. The rooms are large with plenty of beds. The only disadvantage was insufficient bathrooms in relation to the number of beds and people staying in the home. 5 bathrooms for 37 people didn’t work very well especially when we were all trying to shower after being at the lake. Also, it was pretty inconvenient to have to drive the garbage down to the dumpster every day. We had a very enjoyable vacation, though. The home is very comfortable and spacious.

Perfect for Family Reunions

We planned our family reunion for 50 at this beautiful home overlooking Bear Lake. We had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay from bedding to games to toiletries to kitchen ware. There are 9 bedrooms with 3 having a king bed, 2 having bunks for 6 people plus more mattresses for the floor, and 4 with one or two bunks and a king in each. Also supplied with pack and plays, high chairs, Barbecues. You will need cars for beach access and to haul your garbage. Wifi worked well. Owners were available whenever we needed them. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Family reunion

This was an amazing spot to relax in comfort with all of our family during a family reunion. Close to town + Bear Lake. There were many thoughtful touches, like plenty of hooks throughout the house for towels & jackets. They also had fans in each room. Things were easily labeled and instructions were easily visible and clear. Beds were comfy and clean with plenty of pillows and blankets. And the room darkening shades were very helpful in the bedrooms! All of the home was spotless. Lots of games, puzzles, beach and water toys, as well as toys at the house. The 2 bunk areas were perfect for older teens and younger kiddos and nicely separated to reduce noise. The kitchen was well-equipped and double ovens were a plus. The view was amazingly beautiful and none of us wanted to leave after being pampered away from home in this lovely home. Thank you for the stay. We’d love to come back again in the future!

Family Reunion Memories

We had a great stay at this rental for a family Reunion. It was close to Garden City (lots of raspberry shakes, Pickleville Playhouse) and the pickleball court was in constant use. We also had a campfire one evening and the smaller kids loved the playground. We were a little bummed the hammocks weren’t there!

Family reunion

With a large family group we have a lot of opinions and needs. This house met all of our requirements. The playground, yard and view were phenomenal. The pickle ball quart was an instant crowd pleaser. Contact with the host was easy and almost always I had an immediate answer or response. Adults were able to enjoy themselves because there was so much for the kids to do.

It was an amazing property and exactly what we needed for our family reunion. The proximity to Bear Lake was perfect, the property and land was exactly what we needed to run all of our games. Family Reunion

Our family gathered from Pennsylvania, Iowa, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Though it was early in the summer and the lake water was very cold, we found many fun activities to keep everyone engaged and loving there time at Bear Lake. The greatest benefit is that all 40 of us were able to stay comfortably under one roof.

Amazing stay for an unforgettable Christmas

I have six siblings: five are married and four of the couples have children. Our family hasn’t had a Christmas together in 30 years or more. Our dad was recently diagnosed with metastatic disease, and we wanted to try to gather as many of his children and grandchildren as possible for a memorable Christmas. This house easily and comfortably accommodated all 30 of us and would have been fine with many more. What a beautiful landscape for our holiday gathering. The house is well-stocked with everything we needed and even had a Christmas tree for our presents. We couldn’t have been happier being all together at Bear Lake Life 365.
