The resort is not only the ideal place for those who want to stay fit and active during their vacation, but also for those who wish to spend a deeply relaxing and restful vacation with their family. Visit the Poiano Hotel’s wellness center and enjoy one of the many treatments. To ensure that even the youngest guests are well taken care of, the resort features a mini-club and baby club, as well as a playground where they can let off steam. A beautiful pool area with a unique panoramic view and a separate children’s pool rounds out the amenities. Guests also have access to a coin-operated washing machine and a communal dryer in the residence.
The beautiful 45-square-meter two-room “Bilo” apartment accommodates up to 4 people (including babies) and is located on either the first floor or the first floor, depending on availability. The apartment features a bedroom furnished with two single beds pushed together. If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. The well-equipped kitchenette features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a traditional Italian espresso pot, a microwave, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a sink, a bidet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a shower. Depending on availability, the accommodation features a furnished balcony or a terrace. Both are perfect for relaxing and spending time together while the children play by the pool and make new friends. The drive from the Italian border takes about 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking will remain unchanged.

The resort offers a shuttle bus that takes you to Garda at set times. This means nothing stands in the way of a fun day at the lake together. Take a refreshing dip in the wonderfully cool waters of Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the public beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.
POOL
The resort features a beautiful pool area with a large Olympic-sized swimming pool for experienced swimmers, as well as a separate children’s pool for our younger guests. Enjoy the unique panoramic view of Lake Garda while taking a refreshing dip or spending a relaxing day by the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A team of experienced activity leaders looks after your little ones during peak season in the mini-club or baby club, ensuring unforgettable vacation moments. The resort also features a playground and a playroom, both of which are perfect for letting kids burn off energy and make new friends. The kids’ pool is the ideal spot to cool off after a long and eventful day on the playground.

Those who want to stay in shape even while on vacation will certainly find plenty to do at this resort and will be spoiled for choice. Guests have access to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, where water aerobics classes are also offered. If you’d like, you can also rent a bike on-site and explore the beautiful hilly landscape surrounding the resort on your own. Still not enough? The resort also offers a fitness center and archery! Plus, you can play a game of table tennis or foosball.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The small town invites you to take wonderful walks along the expansive lakeside promenade. There’s also a small harbor in Garda where you can watch the bustling activity of the fishermen or take a boat tour to explore the area. The buildings and architecture in Garda bear the mark of the former superpower Venice; let yourself be inspired by the elegant and vividly decorated structures. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, and fresh fruits and vegetables at affordable prices at the weekly market. Market day in Garda is every Friday. Next to Garda lies the town of Peschiera del Garda. With its old town surrounded by canals and its imposing, beautifully overgrown fortress, Peschiera del Garda is well worth a visit. In just over half an hour, you can take a city trip to Verona, with its Roman heritage, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena, which hosts open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which are perfect for an extensive shopping trip. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
