Cà Cantoni Villa With Pool Lake View

Ca' Cantoni is located approximately 700 m from Garda on a hill behind the Rocca and is surrounded by 3600 sq m of garden on the slope of the Rocca di Garda. The villa offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the tranquility guaranteed by its extraordinary isolated position.

The house has been recently renovated with great care and high-quality finishes.



You arrive at Cà Cantoni by traveling along a narrow dirt road that leads to the large gate of the property.

The villa welcomes you with a covered garage where you can comfortably park 2 cars and unload your luggage.



GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor with the entrance patio is reached via an external staircase.

At the entrance, we find the living room divided into two areas by an ancient fireplace, one part with sofas and satellite TV, the second with armchairs for reading.



At this floor there is also a bathroom with a washing machine.



The spacious kitchen is complete with refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories to enjoy meals with family and friends.

Our guests can choose between lunch at the large dining table inside the traditional kitchen atmosphere or enjoy the magical summer atmosphere on the large outdoor terrace, furnished with a spacious outdoor table with an umbrella and a barbecue for grilling.



Nocturnal Area

Climbing the stairs to the first floor, our guests will find the first bedroom with a mezzanine. On the lower level of the room, there are two single beds, while the mezzanine hosts a double bed.

The room is completed by an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.



The second and third bedrooms both have two double beds, which can also be used separately, and en-suite bathrooms with showers.



The fourth bedroom has a large double bed on the mezzanine. The room boasts a perfect view of the lake from its windows, which can also be admired from the bathtub inside the en-suite bathroom, to enjoy the most relaxing moment of the day: the bath.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems.



EXTERNAL SPACES

The house offers a spacious outdoor area that can be used by our guests to relax and connect with nature.

The large garden surrounding the house has a great variety of plants, belonging to the traditional ecosystem of the Rocca, and fruit trees such as apple trees, fig trees, and persimmon trees.



The terrace offers our guests the opportunity to feel surrounded by nature and tranquility thanks to the isolated position of the villa and the pleasant climatic conditions determined by the proximity to the Rocca.



The focal point of the summer life of our villa is certainly the pool well integrated into the green garden, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Garda and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for perfect relaxation.

The pool is not heated and is generally open from 04/20 to 10/01.



The Zone

Lake Garda is a tourist destination for all year round.

Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the waters of the lake, the largest in Italy. Visit the nearby mountains and small towns on the lake and art cities such as Verona, Venice, Mantua.
