"自駕抵達時，停車場入口標示不清楚，且被其他停等紅綠燈車輛遮擋，不慎誤入另一側車道後，現場保全非但沒有協助引導，反而以相當不友善的態度斥責。即使已說明只是誤開可否於未停有車輛車道進行迴轉，仍被跳針式要求倒車退出，讓人一到飯店就留下極差印象。"
