Traditional Irish Townhouse in the Galway Dockland
Our beautiful home is located within a gated community in the heart of the Galway Docklands. This location allows you to explore Galway City in complete comfort. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Galway's Westend, The Latin Quarter, Shop Street & Eyre Square.
One secure parking space is included with this property, if you have additional cars let us know a couple of days before you arrive and we will send you information for other paid parking options.
The Space: This property is spread over three floors and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please note all living areas are located on the ground floor and all bedrooms are located on the upper levels.
Upon entering the home you arrive into a small hallway which leads to the open plan living area. You will be able to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge plus all kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
In the living room there are large sofas & chairs that are perfect for family movie nights. We also supply guests with some outdoor furniture. On the first floor you will find our newly renovated bathroom which has a rainfall shower and vanity. There are two double bedrooms on the same floor, both of which have built-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. The second floor is very similar to the first floor, there is one bathroom that is equipped with a step-in shower.
There are two double bedrooms that both have built-in wardrobes. On the third floor we have the master bedroom with its own private ensuite. The bedroom is large & spacious and perfect for families that require a travel cot for young children. This room also has built-in wardrobes and is very bright due to the large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standard shower, toilet and sink.
What we offer our guests: We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay. Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favourite tv services on our smart Tv. Please note that local channels are not available, only streaming services that you may have. Our high speed internet will also allow you to comfortably work from home should you need to.
Our guests are supplied with a starter kit of; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies inc. dishwasher tablets & laundry pods, toilet roll, shampoo & body wash. We also supply hotel standard linens and towels for your stay. Should you require a linen change during your stay we can offer this service at an additional cost.
Things to Note: Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am. Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only.
Strictly over 25s unless traveling with family. Strictly no parties allowed, this is a family home and is best suited for families and friends who are looking to explore Galway.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 11pm And 8am** This building is equipped with a non-recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 11pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Should we become aware of over occupancy, Guests will be charged for any extra person (s) per night. Please do not bring extra guests without notifying us. The home will only be set up for the number of guests on the booking.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
Guest Access: Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
The Neighbourhood: We are just a few minutes walk to Galway's Latin Quarter and shopping district.
Getting Around: If you wish to explore the city we are central to everywhere by walking. If you wish to visit areas such as Connemara or the Cliffs of Moher you can do so by car, or we can offer options for tours.
Interaction with Guests: All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.
Important to Note: There is a €400 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed. Please be aware that refunds following a cancellation may be subject to associated banking or payment processing fees.

Had a wonderful stay with friends. The place was easy to find and very clean. We were within walking distance of all of the pubs and shops. Our only issue was the hot water was only lule warm and the pressure was not very good. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Great time in Galway
Management was very helpful with our luggage as we were a bit early. We enjoyed three days king and Galway city only problem was the beds are double difficult when you’re used to a California king and we could’ve used a few more towels. We were each allocated one towel but otherwise we enjoyed the unit and the location very very much.

Spacious house in great location near town centre and waterfront.
We had a great time in Galway. The very easy access to the town centre, restaurants and shops was wonderful. Also having 3 bathrooms with 5 adults was very nice. Kitchen and living room are not very big but okay when you’re out a lot. A slightly bigger tv would be appreciated.

Great stay!
Had everything we needed, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and pubs. Would recommend for large families/groups. Living room/dinning is tight with 8 adults but we spent most of our time around town. Great stay!

Wonderful stay in Galway
We absolutely loved this property! On the docks, it is close to shopping, food and fun.
The Apex staff was super. They responded promptly to all our questions and went out of their way to ensure we were able to get in our property as soon as possible, even though we arrived 8 hours prior to check in. Thumbs up to the Apex staff. The property itself is gorgeous and comfortable with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. When you're traveling with two small children and six adults, you can't have too many bathrooms!

My granddaughter is studying abroad in Galway and three generations of our family went to celebrate her 21st birthday. There were 10 of us and the accommodations were perfect as well as the location. We would do it again
