Good location, easy check in

Self catering (no front desk) with easy check in. Great location on the promenade, outside city center. Was a great base for our two night stay.

Excellent view of the ocean on the very busy promenade. Bus service very good and great restaurants and coffee shops. Bedrooms were spacious with good pillows. Great communication with booking agent. Parking behind building.

The actual space was just fine. The balcony though connected to the next door balcony with a see through screen. There was ZERO privacy. Also the windows in the building are old and I could here everything going on at my neighbors place that I shared a balcony with plus all of the action on the street below...and there's lots of action on that street. All in all, it's a great place to stay. If you're looking to be in the thick of activity, but if you're looking for a nice quiet beach location, I would suggest not in that location

The Promenade

Very nice spacious apartment with a balcony over looking the beach. Walking distance to a choice of restaurants. If you like to walk, you can walk to Galway Centre.

It was located across from the beach, there are local pubs right on the corner and dining right below if you really don’t want to venture far. We took a 20-25 min walk to historic streets. Ate at Kings Head. Check in was easy and we didn’t have any issues. It was nice having the ability to do laundry and they have an iron which was helpful.

Wonderful

Enjoyed the sound of the surf and watching people on the Promanade. Galway was a short distance away and took the Rossagveel ferry to the Aran Islamds. Apartment was as promised.

Galway stay

Good location with a great view. Saw Dolpins swimming with the swimmers. Facility was good for us with kitchen and comfortable beds. Didnt like the washer dryer combination, but we ran in to it wherever we stayed. Not easy to use and takes a long time to wash and dry.

Very nice view! The bus stop was conveniently located directly in front of the building. There were shops/pubs right along the sea-front street we were on. The only problem we had was with the combination washer/dryer. Perhaps we didn't know what setting to use, but some of our clothes ended up with permanent wrinkles that wouldn't iron out. The clothes were practically too hot to touch when taking them out of the unit.

Location is accurate and the space is clean but it is very worn… broken door handles, shower door off the tracks, wall holes plastered but not painted. NO hot water…. Really no hot water. Looks like a gang of 18 year olds had a party. It’s right above a casino. Probably a fine place for university students on holiday but a family might like nicer accommodations.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Salthill with a balcony overlooking the Galway Bay. Clean and quiet. Easy check in and building has an elevator. No problem parking - either in the lot behind building or across the street. Plenty of restaurants/ bars nearby and it is a quick bus ride over to the Latin Quarter and the bus stops right in front of the building.
