Situated on a canal on West Bay in Jamaica Beach, “Pelican Nest” is an immaculate 3BR/2BA home with a prime locale next to Galveston Island State Park. Head just over 1 mile to the coastline or take the kayaks on a Gulf adventure.

Enjoy lazy afternoons on the amazing outdoor spaces, followed by an alfresco meal on the sunset deck.

LIVING AREA

Natural light floods the welcoming living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and 50” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delectable creations in the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to eat, both the dining table and kitchen island accommodate four.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests between three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master suite is located downstairs with a separate exterior entrance (there is no interior stairway). This private retreat is furnished with a king-size bed, recliner, and 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the upstairs second bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed with a twin-size trundle and French doors that open to the back deck.

The adjacent third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and French doors that open to the front deck. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The ground-floor patio offers a wonderful place to unwind overlooking the canal, complete with a hammock and ample seating. A fish cleaning station provides a spot to prepare your catch of the day. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment.

Relax on the morning sunrise deck or the evening deck facing the famed West Bay sunsets. The back deck also offers alfresco dining for six.

Fire up the new Weber charcoal grill and host an afternoon cookout.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles is provided.

An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The main living area of this stilted home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the driveway.

THE LOCATION

Located on a canal on the West Bay in Jamaica Beach, you’ll have prime access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options in both Jamaica Beach as well as Galveston Island.

For fun-filled days, visit Moody Gardens or Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. Amazing hiking and birdwatching can be experienced next door at Galveston Island State Park.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
