• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required

This property has two homes on the same lot- a front house and back house, with a shared backyard space in between. Guests booking this whole property listing will have exclusive access to both the front and back house, as well as the backyard area.



We’ve included carefully-considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in each unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.



Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.

There is free street parking available. There is no garage or private driveway. Street parking is first come first serve. When parking your vehicle on the street, please note, you must place the provided Residential Parking Permit on your dash (Each house is provided 1 permit). Permits must be returned upon check-out, to the proper unit. A fee will incur if permits are lost or removed after departure.
