Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The property was in a great location. Very easy to find and far enough away from the sea wall that if was a quite visit. However, the crew that was responsible for cleaning this property did not do a good job. Upon our arrival we discovered the outside shower had a horrible smell of dead fish so we never were able to use it. The outside trash bins had not been emptied so the smell coming out of there was not pleasant. We call about those issues and none of them were taken care of during our stay. Several things needed to be addressed such as the outside water valve in the carport would not close so you had to use the nozzle on the hose to turn the water off and on, the faucet on the kitchen sink was not secure at all, the towel racks in both bathrooms were just barely hanging on the wall, and the place was just not as clean as you might expect from a place like this. The beds (all of them) were great, the ocean view was incredible and our stay was over-all enjoyable. You just might want to have a talk with the cleaning and maintenance folks about doing better on their jobs.
