Steps to the beach - New remodeled townhome - Ocean view

Newly updated cozy vacation home (1426 sqft) , close to Jamaica Beach with amazing views of the ocean. Access to a secluded beach that is ideal for a family vacation. 3rd-row beach house with ocean views from both levels of the townhome. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light. All patio doors and windows are fitted with blackout curtains perfect for napping or resting in the middle of the day.

1st Floor: Entering the townhome you will find two bedrooms on the first floor. Both bedrooms lead to the deck facing the ocean with comfortable patio furniture. The washer and Dryer are located outside the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom on the 1st Floor: The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached master bath that has a jet tub providing a relaxing bath experience. The master bath leads directly to the deck with comfortable patio furniture that seats 5 adults. The deck is our favorite place in the house. Hear the ocean waves and enjoy the gulf view right from the deck.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished to sleep 4 adults and 2 children. The first bunk bed has a rollaway bed. It sleeps a total of 2 adults and 1 child at the top bed. The second bunk bed is a twin-over a full bed that sleeps 2 adults and 1 child at the top bed. The bedroom is also connected to the deck on the 1st floor.

2nd Floor – Living room/Dining/Kitchen: The second floor has a large living room with a new sofa that seats 7 adults comfortably facing a large screen TV with Roku. The living room also has a futon that converts to a bed. We have not included the Futon in the bed count that sleeps 8. Fully equipped kitchen- Pots and pans and all basic utensils are provided. Basic spices, Coffee corner (Coffee maker, ground coffee, paper coffee filters, sugar, and non-dairy dry creamer), Toaster, Waffle maker, crockpot. The refrigerator has an Icemaker.

Amenities:
- The Locked storage area on the ground level has a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and beach toys.
- Fully stocked kitchen with all basic utensils.
- We provide bath towels, linens, and pillows.
- Both TV’s are connected to Roku devices. Roku devices allow you to access Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, etc. Please note that you will need to need to use your personal accounts to log in to any of these apps on Roku.
- Free parking below the townhome.
- An outside shower with hot/cold water is available.

Dog friendly: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are considered with a non-refundable one-time pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, $150 for 2 dogs.
- The pet fee during reservation by default is set at $100. Please send me a message post reservation if you intend on bringing more than one dog.
- Pet rules
- 1. Dog must be house trained.
- 2. Please keep the dog off the couch, chairs, and beds.
- 3. Do not leave a dog unattended outside (excessive barking)
- 4. Clean up your dog waste.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 11 am. The lock code to the lockbox will be provided via text and email.

External Camera: There are two cameras outside the house for the safety of our guests. The first camera is a doorbell camera. The second camera is above the storage area.

House rules:

- No Prom, Graduation, or other large (more than the count of guests in the reservation) parties/events permitted. Count of guests in the reservation = max # of guests allowed on the property at any time.
- No smoking both inside and on the deck.
- Only children on the top of the bunk bed.
