Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the lockbox on the pillar downstairs and actively monitoring the lockbox and entry stairs,
