Welcome to Soleil House – Unit D, a cozy second-level retreat tucked behind the main building — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a relaxed island getaway. Enjoy a comfortable living room, a full-sized kitchen fully stocked for casual meals in, and a restful bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. Short stroll to the beach and short drive to the historic downtown Strand District. Well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out for a low-key Galveston stay.

● Beach Access: One block from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Please be courteous of other occupants and don`t block other vehicles in.

Cozy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out, Unit D delivers everything you need for a low-key Galveston stay.

With the beach just a short stroll away and the historic downtown Strand District only a short drive from your door, Unit D puts you right in the middle of Galveston`s best offerings.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
