The property comfortably sleeps 10 in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space. Just a short 200-yard stroll leads you to the pristine beach, where adventure awaits with beach toys and boogie boards at your disposal.

This stunning home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, blending luxury with comfort. The first floor welcomes you with a cozy family room, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area perfect for family meals. The second level houses the master suite, complete with an attached bath and a private deck for tranquil moments. A dedicated mezzanine playroom caters to children of all ages, ensuring endless fun.

Guests have access to the entire home, including complimentary Wi-Fi, streaming services in each room, outdoor grills, and a treasure trove of beach toys. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided to enhance your comfort, including coffee and tea supplies, extra towels, and essentials for your little ones.

We value your privacy and ensure a seamless experience. A keyless entry system will provide you with access codes a day prior to your arrival. We kindly ask that guests respect the tranquility of our neighborhood, particularly during quiet hours.

Summer Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We had 10 family members total from age 7 to 75 and it truly fit all of our needs. The large couch in the living room was perfect for all of us to hang out together. The kids bunk room and play room were great for the kids. And we all loved hanging out on the patio drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was lovely and proximity to the beach was perfect! The host was very quick at responding to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice quiet beach getaway

Or family had a wonderful time at this beach house! It was so pretty and had enough room for our family. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. We enjoyed the quick walk right to the beach. Driving to town took about 10 mins which wasn’t bad. The host responded quickly to my messages and was very polite. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Trip!

Completely enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie! The kitchen was well stocked, storage space for all of our food and belongings was ample. We spent a lot of time in the backyard playing corn hole and also sitting on the front porch drinking morning coffee and the evenings staring at the beach. The owner was very accommodating to any questions we had. Will definitely rent this house again!

Great Beach House in Pirates Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, everything as listed, nicely updated house with great outdoor space for cooking and chilling, very well equipped kitchen, everything very clean. Pirates Beach is the best place to stay at in Galveston!

Family Get Together

We had our 3 children, their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren. The house was so well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach items. The outdoor shower and shaded carport were delightful. It was easy and short walk to the beach.

FABULOUS VACA BEACH HOUSE!!!

This house is THE beach house for comfort, space, and location, location, location! Arpita and Vijay were so welcoming and have thought of everything to relieve the stress of overpacking to travel and enjoy the beach! The house is situated perfectly at the end of just one of the cul-de-sacs in Pirates Beach, which is a very quiet and very safe little neighborhood, with a lovely view of the ocean from 2 separate balconies. Every space had the comfort of home - the large living area with huge sectional seating, the bedrooms designed for everyone to have their own "living quarters" with private bath in each, the playroom for the kids including books and games and a video game unit, as well as the kitchen and dining area where we prepped, cooked, and shared many meals together with ample room for 9! We spent a full non-beach day downstairs on the porch area coloring at the picnic tables, grilling, sitting on the swing, and letting the kids play in the yard on the great playset. The house is only 5 minutes from our favorite restaurant, Waterman's, as well as other great spots to eat and mini marts to grab quick grocery items. It's a quick 10-minute drive to Pleasure Pier for a fun day of rides, games, and ice-cream. Kroger, Wal-Mart, and Target are between 5 and 10 minutes away. We were completely impressed and satisfied with our accommodations and hope to return!!

Amazing home! Amazing location!

Leave all the stress behind! This house had EVERYthing! It was stocked like home, if you needed something it was there! Very clean, comfortable, just felt like home away from home! Close to stores and restaurants. Quick drive to downtown fun but far enough for relaxation and peace. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. The fenced in back yard was amazing for our pup! Fire was fun to sit around in the evenings. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee/cocktails looking at the ocean! We will be back soon!!

Amazing Beach House

Arpita's beach house was perfect for our family of 4. The house itself was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at and the hosts were easy to communicate with and truly thought of everything. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the main living area had a perfect layout. The house would comfortably fit another family or two. We traveled with our 3 year old and 8 month old and they had absolutely everything we needed for our kids. The only thing we had to bring was a wagon which we did need to carry our beach supplies to and from the beach. The beach itself was immaculate (no seaweed) and about a 4 minute walk from the house. We had the beach to ourselves most of the week. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations!

Fall break getaway

We had an excellent time away for Fall break. The location is awesome, and coffee on the patio overlooking the beach doesn’t get any better. The house is gorgeous and generously stocked with all the necessities. Second time staying and still be back!

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect. Wonderful layout . Outdoor area was perfect and all fenced in !!! My 3 year old son to rode his bike and played on the swing set while my parents and I enjoyed a glass of wine around the fire pit !! Location was great short walk to the beach ! Perfect beach view for enjoying your morning coffee on the patio !! Also the owner provided beach toys , chairs and towels !! 5 stars!!!

Perfect family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. The house was beautiful and clean and the outside area was perfect for our family. We loved hanging out around the fire pit in the afternoons and our little one enjoyed the swing set. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Everything about this rental was perfect and we will definitely be back!

A definite do-over at this awesome house!

Wow! Can’t say enough great things about this home!! Great location with an easy walk to the beach and a fabulous view from the deck and kitchen. Loved the covered area off to the side of the deck with comfy outdoor furniture. Perfectly stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and comfortable beds, with bedrooms well laid out for families (or couples). Adults can enjoy TV downstairs while kiddos can watch TV in the upstairs playroom as they wind down from a busy day. Beautifully decorated and magazine worthy bathrooms. Ground level is a parents dream with a fenced in yard and playground, large area for adults to hang out and watch the Astros games, grill and even play corn hole that the owner provides! There is an outdoor shower, sink, toilet and refrigerator! I can tell you that the owners thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as easy as possible!!!! Looking forward to going back in the fall to use that outdoor fire pit!!! Thanks to the owners for providing such an amazing home away from home for my family to make wonderful memories!!

Perfect Getaway

The place was amazing and had everything we needed. We had 3 families and each one had their own bedroom/bathroom. The kids loved the bunk beds, playroom and the outdoor play area. The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! I took my daughter and some of her friends (teens) and they had a blast! The house was decorated to absolutely get you in the beach mood! It also had everything you need especially in the kitchen. They even had snacks and waters when we arrived. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious and showers were big. They even had beach towels which came in handy since some of the teens forgot theirs. My favorite thing was the short walk to the beach which made it easy to come back and forth when we needed a little break from the water. The patio areas were my favorite areas because you can see the water from both balconies and I would sit there in the mornings and the evenings to relax and because the teens took over the big couch in the living room watching movies. We will definitely be back! The owner was amazing and so quick to respond with any question I had. I can’t wait for our next visit.

Great weekend stay

We stayed over the memorial day weekend. The house was perfect for the 10 of us. Everything we needed for a great stay. The host was kind enough to allow us to use sand toys, tent, boogie boards. Huge covered patio downstairs was great for hanging out. The deck upstairs was also great for people watching and enjoying the view and breeze . The location of the house was great as well, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Neighborhood was lovely. Lots of families enjoying the beach. The house itself was very clean, great layout, all the necessities, overall very pleasant. We will Be back!
