Upstairs offers a game room with foosball, two more bedrooms, and a king suite with en-suite bath. The main level greets you with a bright open-concept layout that flows effortlessly between the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen — a true centerpiece of the home, where high-end appliances make cooking for the whole crew a joy rather than a chore. A convenient full bathroom just off the living room also houses the washer and dryer, perfectly placed for easy beach-day turnarounds. Two bedrooms are located on this level: one with a full-sized bed, and a second featuring a king bed with its own private en-suite bathroom. Head upstairs and you`ll be welcomed by a second living and game room — the heart of the home for after-hours fun, complete with a foosball table and plenty of space to gather. Two additional full bathrooms are conveniently located off this upper-level common area, along with three more bedrooms: a full-sized bed in one, a queen in another, and a king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
