Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from this pet-friendly location with a quick, one block walk to the quiet neighborhood beach of Palm Beach. A wagon is provided to make the walk a breeze. At Good Tidings, you will enjoy having the entire home to yourselves and your loved ones.

Watch the waves roll in while enjoying a gorgeous coastal sunset, savor the sea breeze and sound of crashing waves, or do some stargazing of the beautiful night sky from the comfortable outdoor living area on the spacious covered porch.

After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the bright and airy living area featuring a vaulted ceiling and huge sliding glass doors that provide a picturesque view of the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor plan of the house provides the perfect space to make memories with loved ones and spend quality time together. Or, take a quick 8 minute car ride to the seawall to enjoy a variety of restaurants and fun activities, like mini-golf, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, the Pleasure Pier, or even surf lessons and Ghost Tours!

The house is located on a secluded cul-du-sac in a quiet neighborhood, so beach traffic and noise is minimal for quite evenings with your loved one, or a fun time with the family.

Make your vacation more memorable by bringing your furry family members to the beach! Dogs under 50lbs can join you at Good Tidings for a pet fee of $250. A second dog may be added for an additional $100.

**We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. The cancellation policy will come into effect AS IS if the guest chooses to cancel the reservation.

The property was so nice inside and out. Spent a majority of our time on the covered decks thanks to the clouds and rain. Sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. There is no one on either side of you which made it very quiet and relaxing. Beach is a short walk away. Would definitely like to come back in the fall.

July 4th Holiday - Cozy and great location

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. It seems to have been recently updated and is well-appointed with everything you might need. The home was also super clean! We enjoyed spending our days at the beach and our evenings on the cozy covered patio with a lovely view of the beach. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely return!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We had a great stay in this cozy beach cottage. It is just like it is described, a five minute walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and is full of anything you might need, and need for the beach too. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The property manager is very easy to reach and to easy deal with. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice place

We really loved staying here. The walk to the beach is short and nice. We also brought our dogs and they also loved staying here! I only had one drawback and that was that there was no regular tv. It is all app based and we our a big sports watching family and at the time the Stanley Cup Finals were on. So, we had to use our devices to watch it. Not a super big deal, but would have been nice to watch on the big tv.

Perfect Family Weekend Rental

This adorable home was perfect for our family’s long weekend. Just a few minutes walk to the beach— not too far for my 5 & 3yr old. The home was clean, manager was responsive and we had a nice view of the ocean. I highly recommend!

This house worked great for us and our little kids for a week! The beach was a short walk away which kept the sand out of our car. We appreciated the wagon for hauling our stuff to the beach. Loved having 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer to keep a normal routine.

Clean and comfortable

We did a brief 1 night stay. It's by a beautiful beach, we used their wagon to transport our supplies. They offered linens, beach and bath towels. All of them were soft and comfortable. Very maintained, no wear and tear at all. Loved it.

We had a great time here. It was a super close walk to the beach. and the house was very clean and spacious. If we were taking our 2 kids with us we still would’ve had plenty of room. The stores were also close and convenient. Great vacation we really needed it thank you.

Stephanie house is a very comfortable place to spend our days in Galveston, has everything you need!

We went with our family to Good Tiding’s few days ago and we did have a wonderful day in here!!.(Stephanie’s house has everything you need, rooms are comfortables, bathrooms clean, living and dinning spacious and comfortables to hang out but the most important part it’s the balcony who has an amazing corner view (you can see the beach from there) and you can walk just for few minutes and be there as well, we had a wonderful times here, thanks so much for let us stay at your place Stephanie, we really appreciate your pront communication with me when we need you to ask you few things, I really recommend this place to anyone!! 🙂🙂

Perfect couple of days.

Daughter and son-in-law came in from DC and wanted to spend a couple of days at the beach especially on the 4th. The accommodations were perfect and was a great location and close proximity to friends who own a house in Pirates Beach. House is very cute and had just the amenities we needed. Thanks!
